The driver Petre is very efficient and professional. He went above board to help my disabled mother. We used him for both round-trip rides. Although we scheduled a 9am pick up since we were returning off the cruise. We disembarked early and was 30 minutes early. He was there waiting for us. When we were confused about where to meet on our arrival at the airport, the customer service answered and connected us to the driver immediately. A very very good company to book with....

The overall experience started a little…
The overall experience started a little rocky with a very dismissive attitude. We had the same driver for the next two segments and the attitude changed to positive and helpful. The last leg was a different driver and the experience was satisfactory.

We had booked a shuttle
We had booked a shuttle, but a car came to pick us up. I believe there was a difference in cost in the two so I was a little taken back with the choice. Our driver was extremely friendly, and God is where we needed to go however, I didn’t like the switch in service request requested.

Hello BJ, we are sorry there was confusion with your pickup location. That is unusual for our service, but we will look into the issues you described and determine what happened to ensure miscommunication is avoided in the future.
Confirmed 2:00 AM shuttle canceled last minute unless I paid $200 extra
I booked and prepaid a 2:00 AM shared shuttle from New Haven to JFK through GO Airport Shuttle’s official system. The reservation was confirmed and charged in full several days in advance.
Less than 48 hours before pickup, I was contacted and informed that due to an internal system error, the company could not honor the confirmed service unless I paid over $200 extra for a private sedan. The only alternative offered was cancellation and refund.
Because this was an early-morning airport transfer, this last-minute ultimatum left me with no reasonable options. To avoid missing my international flight, I was forced to book an Uber urgently at additional cost.
The company acknowledged the error was theirs but refused to provide an equivalent service at the agreed price or take responsibility for the consequences. This was a very stressful experience and not what you expect after receiving a confirmed booking.
I would not recommend relying on this service for time-critical airport travel.

Dear Alejandara, We are sorry that there was an issue with your reservation. While shared ride is available from New Haven to JFK, it does not operate at 2:00 AM. The refund and cancellation was processed, and the system is being updated to ensure customers cannot book shared service when it is not unavailable.

Professional and timely
I used go airport shuttle to get from Boston to New Hampshire, by myself. They were there waiting for me when I arrived, took me to my destination quickly and without event, and we're very professional. I would highly recommend them.
