The Stonehaven branch had just what I was looking for at a cheaper price than a lot of other places I looked. My order was ready for pickup shortly after I ordered and the gentleman that helped me was friendly and helped me carry my purchases to the car.

I’ve had a good relationship at gph until now
Your always low on stock
Went to take delivery but they had a big wagon in the way asked if the drive could move forward a couple of feet as there was two vans with trailers try to get materials the response was no you can wait
Next over limit on stop no probs paid sum money then still told there was a problem
Then asked too up monthly exp up
Then got a phone call saying why I haven’t submitted my accounts which has nothing to do with my personal business
Then said if I don’t do it I’ll be stopped yet again
I’m not a big business but I do pass on too gph to my customers who spend money with them
Got to the stage now it’s effecting my business and I’m going to have use somebody else
Must admit didn’t see this coming from these guys
My response is you’ve stopped me using you so I’ve stopped paying you
I’m also sick of being spoken down to by accounts dept
From now on any customer ask me who you use for supplies I know what my response will be
Feel let down all I’m trying to do is get value for money for my business and customers but there blocking me so time to move on thanks

Always use local company
I usually use the Ellon branch. Staff are very friendly and well stocked with goods. Prices are really competitive. If they haven’t got what you require they will source it to you. Good local company.

Great company to deal with!
We have used GPH for about two years now, both in branch (westhill) and online delivery. Can’t praise them enough, staff are always friendly and helpful especially Ryan at the westhill counter who will help with any queries you have & is super knowledgeable. Delivery is always when they say it will be and the drivers are again friendly and helpful. Price wise we find the products we order to be on a par or cheaper than the big DIY chains and the quality of timber for example is far superior!!
