The engineer that came was very patient and understanding as I had recently lost my husband and he was the one that dealt with things like the heating etc.

Excellent service as we have now had each year for 7 years
The Grandisson Service Engineer arrived promptly between the advised times, the work was completed cleanly and efficiently and he even left the stove set up with a log and kindling. Excellent service as ever!
