The engineer that came was very patient and understanding as I had recently lost my husband and he was the one that dealt with things like the heating etc.

Knowledge before decision
Overall choosing and installing new gas fire was a good experience. All carried out efficiently and on time. Unfortunately there is a crystallisation mark in the middle of the surround. Mark was very patient explaining how this happened. Ideally I would have liked this information before I made my choice. Overall I am pleased and the fire is very efficient!!

A good all round service for anyone who use calor gas for there heating. Reliable, polite and knowledgeable. They installed our gas fire, which if you depend on electricity and have a power cut we will still have the means to keep warm.
