The engineer that came was very patient and understanding as I had recently lost my husband and he was the one that dealt with things like the heating etc.

Boiler service recommended
I’ve been having my boiler’s yearly service carried out by Grandisson’s Ltd for several years and have always been completely happy with the level of service received.
Byron the engineer arrives on time, he is very present and polite and I am happy to recommend him to other potential clients.

Always a good experience with…
Always a good experience with Grandisson. Always on hand to help with purchase, servicing etc. On the ball with our customer requirements. Our gas fire annual service carried out by Byron giving us confidence for using the product as supplied by Grandisson. Excellent, wish all providers were the same.
