Reasonable price for the 850kg bag of…
Reasonable price for the 850kg bag of slate i bought but size of the slate was small in comparison with other 20mm slate i've bought. Was also meant to be plum slate but looks grey. Asked for the slate to be put 'close' to the gate, driver blocked the gate totally.
There was 3 of us at home, he only had to knock on but was in too much of a rush to.

Ornamental gravel.…
Had a delivery of ornamental gravel from gravelmaster a couple of days ago. The whole process from ordering to delivery was 1st class. The delivery guys even placed our bag of gravel at the top of our driveway on request so we were still able to get our cars on the drive when we got home from work, meaning we didn't have to move near on a ton of gravel which was much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for gravel or ornamental stone etc

Delivery driver damaged the grass and…
Delivery driver damaged the grass and broke the plastic drain cover. No apology.
And looks like not being offered anything to cover the cost of replacing the drain cover, even though may only cost £20 or something.

Easy to order and the person on the…
Easy to order and the person on the phone was very helpful. Delivery man very polite and put the pallet exactly where I asked him to. The whole experience was easy to navigate. The staff were helpful polite and just good at what they did. Would highly recommend using gravel master.

Bagged topsoil. Was delivered on time and in excellent condition. The soil itself is of great quality with no stones or debris within. Have used for a top dressing on my lawns and spreads evenly with little effort.

Don’t fulfil orders and keep money
Find somewhere else to buy and don’t waste your money or effort with this company. I bought gravel on the 1st sept. I questioned by email why my order wasn’t delivered on the date given to be told my stones I ordered were out of stock and could be replaced with the 10mm which I didn’t want so asked them to cancel order and I asked for a refund soon after. I’m still waiting for my refund and have sent numerous emails back and forth. I’m now too late to make a charge back with my bank so I’m out of money. I will be reporting to trading standards if after this email I sent does not resolve this matter. I really thought this was a reputable company but how mistaken was I

Shocking service
Shocking service, Arranged specifically for a friday delivery, get a message thursday AM to say its on its way, contacted straight away to tell them no one is there to accept it and that labour had been arranged on friday to move from kerbside.Told they could not alter delivery as its free and basically they can deliver as and when, Pathetic they are only up the M18 from sheffield, Also worth noting NO Hiab delivery only done by a pallet jack, for a company this size not to have decent offloading is very poor, And to add insult to injury get a message Friday to say we have delivered your gravel as tho everything has gone to plan,,will never use them again
