Good afternoon,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry that your delivery arrived on a different day than expected, especially when you had arranged to be out and were unable to receive it.
We understand how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been, and we apologise for the disruption caused. As we use third-party hauliers, delivery dates can sometimes change, but we appreciate the importance of keeping customers informed.

Great service at a very competitive price.
Jordan Smith was very helpful with the delivery process and Paul Allen the delivery driver was most helpful in putting the bags in the right area for us.
As it was a large delivery it would have helped if we had been offered a hiab service.

Terrible order/delivery service
1st order paid for next day delivery and AM delivery... It didn't come!! Battling for a refund of the extra charges for both =£30 .... Ordered a 2nd order as we needed more, got the orders mixed up and came on different days!! Customer service was ok but couldn't answer why the orders didn't come on the days they should have... Wed taken a day off and had builders here to receive the 1st AM delivery which didn't arrive so all round totally inconvenienced us and our builders ... Wouldn't recommend this company, however the pallet delivery guy was really nice !!

Good Morning,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry for the issues with both of your deliveries and the inconvenience this caused, particularly after you had taken a day off and arranged for builders to be there for the AM delivery.
We’re also sorry that your second order arrived on a different day and that our team could not provide a clear explanation for what went wrong. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with the additional £30 delivery charges involved.
We’re pleased to hear the pallet delivery driver was helpful, and we’ll make sure your kind comments are passed on.
Please contact our Customer Service Manager directly so we can review both orders and the outstanding charges with you.
Kind Regards,
Gravel Master Team

Check delivery conditions, make sure they suit
Nothing wrong with the company, prices, or the bag of aggregate - however,be aware they do not deliver using a HIAB, just a pallet truck. So if you do not have paved surfaces or your own means of handling, you might want to reconsider.

Easy ordering, quick deliveries.
The second one-tonne bag I purchased seemed light, compared to the first I ordered. Suspect it might have got mixed up with an 850kg bag by accident.
Anyway, easy ordering and quick deliveries. Can’t complain about that.
