Really pleased
Really pleased. Arrived on time and left in the location I requested. Stones have been used in my flowerbeds to prevent me from pulling up weeds. They look great too.

Happy with the service
Happy with the service, however would have preferred my gravel not delivered on a pallet. With a grab lorry lifting my tonne bags into position would have saved a lot of manual labour, but it's more my fault not reading up on their website.

Received my order promptly
Received my order promptly, 1000kgs of plum slate in bags. However after carrying half the load to the back end of the garden and emptying them it became clear as the dust washed off and the slate dried that the colour was not plum but blue! Contacted customer services and provided pics with existing plum slate for comparison. Ron at Gravelmaster was an absolute star in resolving this issue and sending an open bag, confirmed as the correct colour. I would have no hesitation in using them again

No messing around!
No messing around - working out VAT and transport costs - the price they quote on their website is the price you pay. They gave me a date for delivery, which was three working days after the order and that is what they did. The product (golden gravel/shingle) was exactly as described. I couldn’t find a better price unless I wanted 1700 kg of loose shingle dumped on the front garden. Well pleased with Gravelmaster!
