Split delivery
Product was good and delivery team helpful. However only half the delivery arrived as scheduled. Without any communication the second half of the delivery arrived a few days later. No response to my email about the missing half in between. No call ahead of the second half.

Excellent customer service by Mary
Mary was excellent in sorting the various options for our playground bark. Although the original bark we buy was not available, I very good alternative was recommended by Mary. We went with her recommendation and this saved us quite a lot of money. Delivery was made on time enabling us to complete our project.

Great company to use
Really good communication from the point of ordering to delivery. Competitive price and easy process. We ordered 12 tons of play sand for an outdoor sand pit, the product was good quality and I cannot fault the customer service. Mary Hughes was the person who we dealt with on the phone and via email. After the initial enquiry on the website she called to confirm our requirements and explained the delivery options. On the day of delivery she took time out of her day to update us on the ETA.
