Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish, messed me around with shipping dates, so wasted 3 days waiting around for noone to turn up, then when it finally arrived, half of my order was missing, and better still they are refusing to give me my money back. Absolutely shocking company

Been using company 4 years.. .no issues
Been using company 4 several years and had next too know issues at all say sometimes a little late with delivery but very rare and always receive notice. I will becusing again in the next week. And hope next year as well even though relocating

They only use pallet loaders
Good price and good gravel.
BUT...they only use pallet loaders, not cherry pickers! This is really important as the pallet loader could not get our bags of gravel over a small hump and onto our gravel driveway. This left quite a stressful situation when 4 tonnes were left on the pavement, blocking it.
A previous company had used a cherry picker and just dropped the bags onto our drive.
Some websites state clearly that they only use pallet loaders and need to deliver onto flat ground without gravel etc - gravelmaster don't mention this. If they had we could have planned for it.

Have used gravel masters before and are…
Have used gravel masters before and are normally good but this time the Delivery was booked for Friday but was delayed until Monday which meant the opportunity was missed to use the soil. Asked to cancel the order but it would have cost £80 and the soil only cost £120. Rang the customer service who said they would provide a cover to keep the soil dry until there was a dry spell which I was happy with but no cover was delivered.

Where is my refund???
Order: 3497774: Bought a product from Gravel Master. Made payment on 11th October online. Was told by the next day 12th October via email that it was a failed transaction. Made the second transaction for the same product. The next day, the two transactions successfully processed. Product delivered for the first payment. Now waiting forever for refund after being promised it will be refunded. No communication whatsoever. I have been the one chasing. Very poor customer service. Wont be purchasing again from this company.

2 day turnaround,ordered 1 ton bulk bag..good price.
Driver helpful and polite called 10 mins before arriving...walked pallet to my property as access a little tricky..no fuss or dramas, quality of 20mm stone excellent no dust.
Shall require another delivery in a bit to finish the job will be ordering from Gravelmaster 100%.
