Like so many others

Like so many others, I have tried to return my order. Which is in the unopened, brand new, packaging. They will NOT accept the return.
I am working with my credit card company for my refund, as they do not honor their “hassle free, 100% satisfaction guarantee” return policy. However, I will fight this until I do get a refund. I will also work with an attorney to see this company honor its own policy. They are fraudulent, and I will take the steps to see it rectified.

Horrible

Horrible!
Contacted them in mid January to return item. I’ve emailed them at least a dozen times and they keep giving me the run around and will not send me a return label.
Wasted $48 on garbage.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service - have been emailing them since a week before Christmas . Ordered glider in November - got two weeks after Christmas - just want to return unopened package and keep getting runaround - it’s now mid February !

These people are theives

These people are theives, no two ways about it. Plane is garbage, broke after 5 minutes and now just being endlessly fobbed off with excuses and no solutions. Companies like this should be shut down and fined. Evil.

If I could rate lower

If I could rate lower, I would. I ordered this item November 23, 2025. I emailed them a minimum of 8 times and I would only receive a standard email stating that there was a longer delay than normal and then an email that said they were checking on it. It didn’t matter how many times I threatened, I continued to receive these “form” emails. To date it was never received! Facebook should have to do a little background work before allowing these scams to advertise! DONOT BUY!

Do not order, did not receive

I ordered 2 gliders November 18, 2025 and still have not received them. I have emailed numerous times and all they say is they are checking order. Cannot reach them on phone number listed. DO NOT ORDER from them!!

Avoid

When my son opened this in Christmas day it was broken. I requested return info the next day. They wanted pictures, so I sent them straight away. Everyday since then they have fobbed me off stating they are waiting for the relevant team to review. 8 days later, I'm still getting the same response. The cheap foam material is absolutely not worth £36!

Ordered 4 days before Xmas on the 20th…

Ordered 4 days before Xmas on the 20th December as the add said 1-2 days free express delivery. My grandson's birthday is this Saturday and allowed time after Xmas but still no order received. This isn't a cheap purchase and you should not advertise 2 days free express shipping if you have no intention of complying to that promise. False advertising, money taken, no order received and no present for my grandson for his birthday. I have sent a message to the company and no reply.

I have given 1* because there is no way…

I have given 1* because there is no way of giving zero. Ordered two working weeks before Xmas because it said ‘speedy 2 day delivery’. If I had know it was to be shipped from China and that it would take over 2 days to enter the shipping process, I would have stayed well away. Suffice to say it has missed Xmas and is still en route 2 weeks later with a refusal to give a definitive arrival day. I have tried cancelling the order but once the shipping label is printed, even if it has not left China, it is apparently impossible to cancel! I have asked how to return it at their cost but this has been ignored. Stay away from this company.

Ordered 2 for my kids Xmas present on…

Ordered 2 for my kids Xmas present on the 10th December. It’s now 26th December and didn’t arrive. No tracking. A.i response from the email. Gutted for my kids and angry at the terrible customer service. Avoid

2 items never delivered. Fake tracking info.

I ordered two gravity gliders for my children on 11/23/25. One month later and nothing has arrived. The tracking data seems like it is from a fake website and the customer service responds from a gmail account with anonymous replies. I suggest you dispute the charges with your credit card company as soon as you can. They have no phone number or business address.

Ordered two for grandkids on 11/18/25

Ordered two for grandkids on 11/18/25. Tracking says still processing order. Emailed and no response so I filed a complaint with PayPal. Now they are responding but no ship date… only thank you for your patience. Scammers!!

Same as the others!! Avoid avoid avoid!! No plane, no communication, funny how their site doesn’t allow you to write a review or rating but has 5 stars. Can’t believe I’ve been scammed and normally so cautious.

Same story as everyone else

Same story as everyone else. I have been writing emails since Christmas Day 2024. Asked for videos.. sent them each time. They just stop writing back. Then the day it was over the 60 day policy, they said it can’t be returned anymore. I wrote them at LEAST 45 emails. We did a dispute with the CC company. It was denied for absolutely no reason. We all got scammed. And the CC companies don’t even care.

Robbers

Received cheap plane with broken front wheel. Got runaround from them and promised to send me replacement after I sent video that they demanded. Never sent replacement so I filed paypal dispute that I lost although I still don't know how paypal could possibly deny my claim! Then I asked them to send me video how to install wheel-never sent to me. Crappy company and crappy product .

Buyer beware - Seems to be a scam!

Buyer beware! Would rate as 0 stars as I still have not received the product I order over 2 months ago. I have been given the run-around by their customer service, saying that rest assure it’s on its way but then when I ask to provide its tracking status they say they can’t seem to find my order number based on my email, then when providing the order number they went radio silence. on my several further emails to request delivery status or provide refund, they have been completely radio silent. Avoid this company!!!
