Don’t even think about it!
I would give no stars if I could. Do not buy from them! I ordered a plane December 3rd and never received it. It’s been almost 2 months. I contacted them a few days before Christmas to cancel my order since it didn’t arrive in time. They wouldn’t cancel it because it was “in process”. I’ve continued emailing them since then and they just keep saying they’ll review it and thank me for my patience. I would even take the junky plane if they would send it at this point. I don’t think I’ll ever get my money back.
Do not buy this product, their customer service is nonexistent.
I wrote their customer service after the glider that I bought for my son would not pair with the remote. They replied and asked to send a video showing the problem and that they would send a replacement. I waited over a week and emailed them again because there was no response. They sent me another email asking for a second video, so I sent another video. This happened a third time (asking me for a video) so I have asked for a shipping label to return the plane and for a refund. I have not received a reply. This sure seems like a scam. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review in my entire life. Stay away from this product.
Below is a copy of the 3 emails that I received from them. Note that they are from the same person leading me to believe that it is from a bot.

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could select zero stars. I WOULD! They do not follow their own return policy and refuse to issue a refund although it is within the 60 days mentioned in their policy. The product is cheaply made and DOES NOT fly as advertised! Although shipping is guaranteed within 3- 5 days it took over 2 weeks! The worst customer service EVER!

Shady Company
Sell defective remote controlled airplanes and then refuse to offer refunds or accept returns. All correspondence is done with cut and paste replies. Feels very much like a scam of a company.
