looks nothing like they advertise. Shame on them for lying about a "renovation" on a pretend warehouse in NY so not stating in their return policy that all items are customers responsibility to return to CHINA.

Never again. The quality of both items I ordered was awful and nothing like the photos. The refund process was just as bad—they make it nearly impossible to receive a full refund. The package was shipped from New York, yet they expect returns to China. Completely unacceptable.

Less than 1 star. What ever you do , DO NOT ORDER from Grayson & Porter. Far less than satisfactory customer service. and their return policy is worse than that.

I wish I knew about this website poor quality and terrible experience, wasted $65 on the worse quality jumpsuit which looks so good on photo and came terrible fabric wise and size wise. Made poorly.
They say store in NY and return guarantee which huge lie , you have to ship it to china which is half of item price on top of what you paid already and not fact they still refund your money. DONT BUY HERE !!!!!!

The clothing is trash and they expect you to ship it back to China and 10% restock fee. $80 dress looks like it cost $2 to make.

Grayson & Porter is deceptive and outrageously misleading! Their clothing is shipped to you directly from CHINA, NOT NEW YORK, like the imply!!! Same clothing is found on Amazon and Amazon returns are Free!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

Searching website … ordered one dress .. offered another .. selected to look at it and “bought” it …ie, tricked me! Emailed immediately to cancel… ignored and after the 24 hour windows of cancellation they responded that the order was processing.. two weeks later dresses arrived… awful! Nothing like the advertisement ..cheaply made with no tags whatsoever ..temu quality ! I have to pay for returns ..return to a different address that from where shipped from..ie another country so it’s expensive …this company doesn’t care about reviews ..it’s a total scam! Reporting to BBB and reviewing on as many sites as possible! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!

$200 to return two awful dresses to CHINA. When it was shipped from Hileah FL… Seems they’re making the customer pay THEIR tariffs!

It’s been almost a month and they offered 50% to keep the items.

Do not buy from this company! It’s deceiving and what you receive looks nothing like the advertised item. Just got the Niketa dress and it looks so cheap, worth $10 if that. I wish I would have done my research on this company. Now if you want a refund you have to ship item back to Asia at your own cost! NOT WORTH IT! Do not buy!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Graysonandporter. The clothing I received looked nothing like the items depicted in the advertisements and social media posts. The photos suggested high-quality materials, careful construction, and a premium appearance. In reality, the garments I received were made from much lower-quality materials than expected, with workmanship that fell far below the impression created by the advertising.

The fit, fabric, stitching, and overall construction were less than disappointing and did not justify the price paid.

I encourage prospective customers to research thoroughly, read independent reviews, and carefully examine the company’s return policies before placing an order…I wish I had. My experience left me feeling misled and disappointed, and I will not be purchasing from this retailer again.

Attempts to resolve my concerns through customer service emails (they do not provide customer service number), were unsuccessful, which only added to my frustration with the overall experience (April 19 - June 1, 2026)

I ordered a dress from her. It took 25 days to arrive. I contacted them after 15 days and told them if the dress was coming from China to cancel my order. They sent it anyway and the dress did come from China. The dress sent to me looks very little like the dress that they sent me. Very poor quality. They ship from China to the US and then put another shipping label over that label and then it is mailed to you. I tried to get my money back. They tell you to return it to China address, It will cost you as much as the dress cost to mail it back to them. They have a scam going on here. Credit card company wants you to work it out with the company. Since they do offer for you to return it there is nothing you can do. They finally refunded me %50 of my money and told me to keep the dress. BUYER BEWARE! I will Google reviews in the future. This is the 3rd time a China company has scammed me. Please Google company name before ordering. They are NOT based in New York.

Awful. Items come from China. They purport to be in New York. If you need to return an item, it must be sent back to China. This is in policy but it doesn’t say that the lowest shipping charges are exorbitant and well over $35 for one item. Beware!!!

Don’t buy anything from this place. Clothing is poorly made, cheap and their customer service is terrible! I ordered a dress and what arrived looked completely different than what was advertised. Cheap material, frayed and cheaply made. I tried to return dress and they told me I need to ship it back to china $120 shipping charge.

Terrible, terrible! Don’t order from this place ever. It’s located in China and the overall construction and cut of the clothing appear poorly designed, as though the garments were made without proper tailoring experience—particularly in the arm holes and pocket construction. The material feels very cheap and low quality, and the sizing runs significantly smaller than expected, resulting in an inaccurate and unflattering fit. I am still waiting on 1 dress that I ordered a month ago. I’m sure I’ll never get it! If you want to return you have to ship directly to china address and they charge you a 10% re stocking fee.

Very misleading that it is based in New York but it is really based in China. Sizing was ridiculous. I ordered a pants outfit. The pants fit fine except that they were 4 " too long. The top was EASILY 2 sizes too small. Returns have to go to China and are subject to customs fees, tariffs and other expenses so are too expensive and they only offer 20% refund if you decide not to send the item back to China.Totally unsatisfactory in every way. The stated return policy is very misleading . NEVER do business with these people!

They shipped my item (it took forever) and I washed it and it turned to shreds. I emailed them for a refund based on my now piece of trash and they refused because it had been washed.
So - if you finally get your item - you can't ever wash it!
Just poor customer service. Never buying from them ever again!

I was very displeased with this company. First of all, the company’s name is misleading since it is Grayson and Porter of New York and it is from china. I ordered the outfits because it did say no problem with returns. That part is true. They have no problem with the return but you have to send it to China and pay for the return. I had two very light outfits that weighed 2.5lbs my postage was $70.39 and my total order was $119. So it made no sense. They then offered me a settlement to keep the outfits and they would send me 20% of my order. Needless to say, it totally irritated me because to me they should state their return to china policy right at the front in bold letters. Had I known ahead of time that it was coming from china I would have never ordered it, not only because of where it’s coming from but also the quality is very low and the sizing is way off. I just lost $119 and I’m stuck with two outfits I can never wear and I feel totally scammed. But I will never buy from this company again and I urge others not to.

If I could give less than one star, I would. The dresses were not quality dresses for the prices paid. They claim they are a company in the USA but if you have to return an item, you send it to their warehouse in CHINA and you foot the bill to return it internationally. They will offer you up to a 20% discount to keep the item but why would you do that if the item isn't what you want? Extremely disappointed with the quality of the dresses but the customer service was worse. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a suede dress thinking the company was in New York. I received a "suede" dress, clearly not SUEDEand very cheaply made. I paid $54.00. I returned it to China because the New York store was under renovations! Right!! I paid $35.00 to return it because I didn't want it mo matter the cost to send it back. Well, the damn dress ended up costing me close to $90.00 because I cannot get a response from them. If I could have, I would have given them -0-. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE CLOTHES THAT THEY SHOW WILL NOT BE THE CLOTHES THAT YOU GET!!!! Do your homework if you don't believe me!! Sure wish I had!

I should have looked at reviews before purchasing. I thought I was safe that they were based in New York - NOT the case. They are a China based/owned company. As many reviews state, the pictures of the clothes are nothing like the clothes that arrive. Very poor quality and they have zero shape to them. They are like wearing a sack. I'm afraid to wash them for fear they will just fall apart. After reading the reviews for the shipping return nightmare to China, I've decided to cut my losses. This was an expensive lesson (over $200). I'm sure that is what the company depends on, that people will just give up. I read quite a few reviews, I did not find one that said they got their (full refund) money back. Lesson learned.
