I wish I could give it a 0. The dress came it’s made out of paper. It’s about a size small instead of xl. 3 emails to get the address to return and then you have to send it to china and there are a lot of rules or you don’t get your money back. Things that are out of your control. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

Honestly, if there was a "zero" star, that is what I would give it. I received my order about 3 weeks after placing it. The actual outfit (top/pants) looked absolutely nothing like the advertised picture. It basically looked like a poor quality pair of medical scrubs. This company represents itself as a US company, and as you know, most of their products are from China. I took the return to UPS and they said it would cost between $200-$300 to return it. I am now off to the post office to see what their price is. This company is quite the scam!

This a fraudulent company. The claimed they delivered my order and their proof of delivery was an AI generated photo of my home. They are not taking any responsibility for their third party delivery service which I never herd before. Even when I reach out to the delivery company that took notes and never got back to me as promised. Still Grayson and Porter and SpeedX delivery are refusing to return my money.

The v-neck top I bought is really elegant and easy to style, and the blouse I chose is perfect for casual outings.

I paid 99.00 for an outfit , The outfit was nothing like advertised. The quality and the material was horrible i ask for a refund they have refused to send me all my money. they wanted to send me 9.99 of that 100.00

Donot buy. The dress in their website looks very elegant but when you get it it looks faded, old and flimsy. I wouldn't doit again and return is expensive than the price.

Do Not Buy from this company. Quality of product received is not even remotely close to the photos pictured. I thought about returning the item but the return point is located in China because the US site just happens to be closed. The minimum shipping fee to China is $30. They will give you 70% store credit , but why would I ever want to buy from them again. They are a scam. I tried disputing with my credit card company, but since you can return that was denied. I now have a useless garment. I should have read the reviews before I became an ignorant buyer.

Have you heard: "You get what you pay for", Indeed this is true, HOWEVER when you pay, one expects good quality. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. When you try to return it, it's up to 10 times the cost to return to ASIA or CHINA and not worth the costs or heartache. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY; GRAYSON & PORTER! The models used are way off compared to the USA models, therefore the garments are way too small and terrible material is used!

I thought I ordered a "suede dress". When I received my order, the dress was made with cheap fabric. It had no shape and the color was distorted. When attempting to return the item, they offer a return with $30 shipping and/or 10% refund and/or a store credit. Who would want a store credit? DO NOT PURCHASE! This company should be reported as a scam.

This company is a pure scam and fraud. The order received looked nothing like on the website. Clothing is extremely poor quality and looks awful.
They advertise 30 days money back guarantee, but when you actually want to return the item they say you have to mail it at your cost to China! They will not refund if the product is detained either.

Review of Grayson and Porter’s return “policy” and “suede” maxi dress

I recently ordered from Grayson and Porter's Mildred™ Elegant “Suede” Maxi Dress shown in the picture below for $59.99 on January 7 2026. It was delivered on January 22nd.

When the item arrived I determined that it was not “suede” as noted in their Facebook advertisement. This determination was surmised by the care label found on the inside that noted that the dress was machine washable. This is contrary to what Whirlpool recommends. Spot cleaning is an ideal way to clean suede, per Whirlpool, since machine washing is not recommended. Cleaning Suede. Secondly, the color of the dress differed from that in the picture. The dress I received looked a bit washed out and the neckline didn’t extend as high as shown in the picture. Additionally, based on the size chart Grayson and Porter provided in their advertisement, the size I ordered should have fitted me fine. It did not. It was a big snug. Since there was no size label on the dress or tags attached I could not tell if I was sent the size I ordered or not. Therefore, based on the quality of the dress and its fit, I contacted Grayson and Porter to determine what was the process to return the item, as this was not specified in their advertisement on FB. I thought this would be a simple process. I anticipated they would provide me with a store address in New York and that upon receipt, I would be issued a full refund. Instead, these were their responses to my request, the latter being more generous than the initial offer, but still not resulting in a 100% refund unless I sent the item to China, incurring cost at least 50% of the price I paid for the dress:

To my knowledge, their Return Policy, when I initially viewed their website, was limited to noting that customers should email them. It appears that it has since been expanded to note that items must be returned to their Asia facility.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!

THEY DESERVE TO BE SHUT DOWN AND FINED. Ordered items in October. They've been telling me for MONTHS that the "hipper" can't deliver after several attempts. BULLSHIT. I live in a doorman building. There is no package that "couldn't be delivered"after several attempts. Now filing a complaint with the Attorney General and the BBB.

Unfortunately "0" wasn't an option. This company should be forced to be shut down! Embarrassing, poor quality not worth the listed price...looks close to the items advertised as "suede!" Shut this website/business down! Never again will i order from this company again! Placed this order December 4, 2025 ...they made sure to immediately charge my card...just received the cheaply made items today, February 2 2026!

This store had one catchy outfit that was Poorly Made and the material was rough and uncomfortable. They will only give 10 PERCENT credit for a return. And you have to pay SHIPPING to Asia. Run Don’t Walk from this place.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.

Grayson and Porter is incredibly misleading. Their website presents the brand as a New York–based company, but once your order ships, you quickly learn it is coming directly from China. That alone feels intentionally deceptive.

The product itself was even worse. The suit looked nothing like what was advertised online. The fit was completely off and the fabric was extremely cheap — thin, poorly made, and absolutely not worth the price they charge.

To make matters worse, their return process is unacceptable. I have contacted them multiple times requesting a refund and a return label and have received no response. Their policy requires customers to ship items back to China at their own expense, while the company takes no responsibility for return shipping — even when the product is misrepresented.

This business operates under the appearance of a U.S. brand while selling low-quality overseas products and making returns so difficult that most customers will simply give up.

Do not be fooled by the branding or the photos. This company should not be allowed to market itself as a U.S. company while operating this way.
