Grayson and Porter are a Scam. They misrepresent that they are a legitimate New York company and offer high quality clothing. Actually, the clothing is produced with cheap materials and craftsmanship. You would be afraid to wear the clothes because the zippers and buttons are extremely cheap. It is sewn like a cheap Halloween costume. They also only offer 10% to 20% refunds or you can pay big bucks to ship to China and be out more money. I have no confidence that you would even be refunded if you did that. Other option is that you could receive a store credit for a more expensive item. Why in the world would you want to buy another low quality item? Just avoid this company! If you look at reviews...note the trend. They do not deserve even one star.

I wouldn’t buy anything from anywhere that you can’t make a return from easily ever again. This place is horrible and the quality stinks. I could’ve made this outfit myself in seventh grade home economics.

Total garbage. Took over 2 weeks for a dress I ordered. A bunch of material just thrown together, crappy stitching and cheap material. I have to keep it better return process is a nightmare!

I had a terrible experience with Grayson and Porter and would strongly caution others before ordering.
An ad popped up on my phone, and while browsing I added a dress to my cart. Somehow, my order was submitted by mistake. I immediately emailed the company to explain what happened and request a cancellation. Within seconds, they responded that my order had already been “processed.” It’s hard to believe an order could be fully processed that quickly, which makes me feel like my request was completely ignored.
Weeks later, I received the dress I never wanted. I ordered an XL, and while the label says XL, the sizing is completely inaccurate—it was so small it wouldn’t even fit someone who normally wears a small. On top of that, the quality was extremely disappointing. The material was thin, cheap-looking, and nothing like what was advertised.
To make matters worse, their return policy requires me to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee—even though I tried to cancel immediately and they ignored my request.
Overall, this company falls short in every way: misleading sizing, poor quality products, and unacceptable customer service. I would absolutely not recommend ordering from them.

Do not order from this site! They are a fraud! Sizing is wrong, material is cheap! It doesn’t even come with a sewn in label! They will gladly take your money and when you are not satisfied with your purchase they make you pay to return the item or items! Not to New York NY but to China at your own expense! After 2 separate requests they have offered to return 20% to me. IF this actually happens I will be shocked! Again don’t waste your time or money with their site!

Fraudulent website Grayson and Porter. It shows New York under their name on the website. They have no store or any representation in New York. China based. Ordered dress and sweater. Quality is terrible, the dress seams looked like a 5 year old made it. I could not figure out how to.make the dress work. The cut was off and the colors where not the same. Sweater is 2 feet longer than what is shown. Again terrible workmanship. It appears from the site that you can return items, however that is not clear until you need ro actually return anything.

I would definitely not order from this company! Takes forever to get items because they come from China! Returning items is at your own expense and items are cheaply made with thin fabric . Wished I would have read reviews before purchasing from this company .......lesson learned!

These people are not from New York City and they sent me a shapeless thin grayish cheap pillow case of a shift that does NOT resemble the picture. A COMPLETE SCAM

The items that I ordered were the worst quality I have ever seen so cheap and just ugly nothing like the photos and customer service was ridiculous to get a return. They will not issue a full return. They’ll give you a partial return or you have to pay to ship it back to China do not buy from them.

I would give no star if I could. The dress was horrible quality and the return policy is a joke. Do not buy from them

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The dress I received looks nothing like what was advertised on the website. The material, fit, and overall design are completely different from the photos shown.

I even sent photos to the company to show the differences, but they insisted the item matches their listing, which I strongly disagree with. This feels very misleading and not what I expected at all when placing my order. Furthermore, when asking for a full refund they expect you to pay for the shipping cost. Do not fall for it! Demand your full refund without the charge of shipping or dispute it with your bank. I received my full refund immediately.

They are not in NY. They are in the Guangdong Province of China. Their 30 day 100% guarantee policy requires you to ship the return to China, at your expense. For comparison, a 14x19 mailer that weighs less than a pound will range from $120 to $210 dollars to return. Their next offer is to give you a 10% discount on unwearable clothing. So they still make money off of literally unwearable clothing. It’s cheap material, poorly constructed and in every sense, unwearable. So while they may make it look good and inexpensive, the cheap will only come out expensive with this company.

Deceptive ads: the clothing is poor quality. Unfair return policy: you must ship the return internationally at your own cost. They claim things get lost in customs at at your own risk, so no guarantee you'll receive a refund.

Nothing what was advertised! Thought I was getting quality cotton shirts. After a month of waiting for shipment to arrive, opened package to find cheap polyester clothing. Return policy is ridiculous! Can’t return to Chicago distribution center. Can only send back to china at 3x the price paid for the clothes. They offer a 20% credit to keep the clothes.🤬

AGAIN! I received my dress last week. Too large, overwhelming. Slip is 6" shorter than the dress!
Ive sent 3 mails requesting return instructions and refund. No response.
I am very disappointed as you boast a wonderful return policy but don't follow thru.

BEWARE---very deceptive in advertising their products, nothing close to what the photo projects!!!! Now I'm stuck with product because of the risk in returning items. They tell you returning products is at your own risk because package may get loss.

That is a VERY generous 1 star. Grayson & Porter is horrible! I ordered a 2 piece summer pants set. The fabric was misrepresented; as was the sizing. I am 5'5" and weigh 170. I generally wear a size 16 or extra large. I purchased an extra large. I am a seamstress and have worked on all types of fabrics. I have designed and built everything from performance ice skating costumes to prom dresses. The fabric of the product was pure cheap acetate. No give and completely sewn by serger. No seam allowances on a fabric known to fray out at stress points.
I have to pay the return shipping costs back to Asia if I want a refund on the product. Keep in mind that when they get the product they decide if it "qualifies" for refund. So, now your item is in Asia and may or may not pass inspection for refund. They claim to be a New York company. It is all bait and switch. Buying from Ross I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger dress for 33.00 and I am guaranteed a 30 return window. Don't trust anything you see on Grayson & Porter. The website is alluring. They use all the buzz words that entice one to buy. Quality is terrible, sizing is inaccurate and refund policy is dicey.

They are a scam. Though they try to help.but refuse to give money back. I lost a decent amount.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I give away better clothes.
Sadly im embarrassed to give these items away.
