Scam!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Not even close to what was described cheap materials and color not what they showed. They want me to send back to china and was quoted 400+ I asked for a refund they offered me 10%.

Dress looks nothing like the polished picture. Looks like a cheap piece of material that was not even sewn correctly. The picture presents a dress that looks like unltrasuede put in reality it some cheap fabric seams are off just horrible . I am a pretty smart shopper but this is a scam operation based in China not even going to return will probably cost more than the dress itself - buyer beware !!!

The information is misleading from the name of the company to the quality of the fabric and workmanship. They charged $45 for a blouse that was worth $10 at best.

Poor quality of my purchase, DO NOT BUY ANYTING FROM THEM. It's Horrible.

I sent a message through their “contact us” link on their website asking “Am I reading correctly under your return policy that items have to be sent to Asia?”

Unfortunately. I did not look at reviews before purchasing. Shame on me. Leson learned. Do not purchase from this company. I purchased a dress that looked nothing like the advertisement. Material was poor and the dress looked worn. It also took a month for it to arrive.

Do not buy from this company! I purchased 3 outfits from them. What I got was a bag of tissue paper. The material is so thin it is see through. Poorly made. Seams don’t even match up. I didn’t read the return policy (my fault) if I want to return the items I need to send to Asia not back to New York where it was shipped out of. Shipping is going to cost me almost $50 and still no guarantee that I will even see my refund. I was told by customer service that it will take up to two months. Don’t make the same mistakes I made. Buy from another company.

The advertising is deceiving! They make you think it’s a New York company but it’s cheap mis sized apparel from China! The return is a nightmare with a huge cost on the buyer to return the garment for credit! I wish I would have checked reviews before I ordered my item! My advice is DON’T do it!

I have learned not to order from Chinese companies. I looked all over the website for that type of information. They claim to be from New York. I am experiencing the same problems that others have. The item I ordered looked great. Once received I discovered it had some unknown name plastered across the back and the sizing and color were way off. My loss, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They would never provide a correct return address.

Order did not fit right. $30 fee to return. Received response from company after several emails.Would not advise anyone to order from this company

Clothing quality subpar. Look nothing like the pictures. The fabric was thin and scratchy polyester. So ugly it was laughable. Like all the other CPC China companies no refund unless you spend $$$ to return. I knew better but gosh- a pretty picture lured me in. These Chinese companies get me every time. Such crap.

The dress I ordered is not what is pictured. Poor fabric quality, what looked like embroidery on a sheer fabric is actually printed on. Do not rely on what you see advertised.

Finally received my money back by disputing the charge via Amex. The clothes were cheaply made and not accurately represented on their extremely deceiving website. Cheap materials and construction. They don’t tell you all returns are your responsibility to pay… to CHINA. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! (not sure of exact order date)

Returns have to be made to China. Poor, poor, poor quality!

Ordered a Xmas top in early October and it never arrived. They responded to emails but there was never any follow through. I opened a dispute with my credit card company and they reimbursed me.

I have asked on the day I rec'd the dress and have not rec'd the info for return. Sorry I did not research them before I ordered.
I received the dress.
I have sent several email and no info back.
Cannot find a tel. # for them. The email that is listed with the dress does not work.
I will never order again from them. BE CAREFUL. IT IS RISKY.

The clothes are not the same on the website!!!

I ordered the Vincent Shirt and I got something like looks like it was worn in the 80’s with puffy shoulders and a pointed collar. They are also based in China so returns “start at $30”.

Absolutely the WORST quality dress! Not at all like it is pictured. "Return policy" is a joke! I wish I had read the reviews prior to making the purchase. I hope others do their due diligence first.

I purchased what I thought would be a quality dress that I could wear to church or go outside for a casual lunch with, but what was mailed to me is what I would call, at best,a nightgown. It does not remotely look like the online picture. That picture online picture is photoshopped with different colors and misrepresents what was really sent to my home.
The item I received does not match in description, quality or content what is displayed online. It is too sheer/transparent and certainly not worth the
price I paid. If it was not so transparent, I would have been happy to wear the dress. I quickly initiated a dispute with American Ex which was the following day after receiving the item in the evening on October 16, 2025. I had immediately and preemptively initiated this dispute with American Express after reading the online reviews and horror stories of this company not cooperating with the customers with a reasonable return policy (returns are to go back to China at a minimum shipping charge of $30, yet their company title reflects a New York company...more false advertising) and their delay or outright lack of responses to other customers via online reviews/email communication was revealed.
I initiated an e-mail communication to Grayson & Porter on October 17, 2025. I asked
this Chinese company to refund me 100% and pay for shipping back to China based on this false advertisement on their website. They responded to me both on October 19th and 21st and refused a 100% refund and gave me a final offer. They did offer for me to select another item from their website and for me to pay the shipping only on that newly
selected item. However, given their false advertisement on a simple dress and photoshopped pictures, I am not inclined to ever purchase from this company because you simply cannot trust the quality or content of what they advertise online and
photoshop. They informed me the return shipping fees will start at $30 and it was my responsibility to pay the shipping if I wanted to return it to them. Their return form also reveals potential delays at customs and other potential problems. I didn't want the item,
and it is not remotely reasonable to pay a minimum of $30 shipping on an item purchased just under $50. Besides, this is not a New York company (their company title) and this dress is a false advertisement on their website, Both via their description
and the actual picture they present on the web is misleading. The final offer from Grayson & Porter was a 20% refund and to keep the item. I asked Grayson &
Porter and American Express, via my dispute, to reasonably reimburse me 100% of my purchase price.
Through American Express, at the dress
company's request, I had to re-upload the pictures 2x. Not only were these pictures uploaded twice, on October 17 and November 1st, but they were provided to Grayson and Porter via my first email communication on October 17, 2025. Unfortunately, this delay strategy on the part of this Chinese company is an attempt to delay refunding me
through American Express since their online policy reflects no refunds after 30 days. I am happy to report, Am Ex closed this dispute in my favor.

Quality was not as expected and the return policy is HORRIBLE, you will loose your money. I wish I would have checked first before I ordered.
