Definitely not the dress I ordered a very cheap copy for the price trying to send it back now hopefully I can and if not I’ll get my bank involved I paid by credit card so hopefully get my money back

The items did not fit and to return it I had to pay more than what I paid for since they are not in "New York". Of course, they denied even the partial refund. This company should be more transparent and make consumers aware that they are not from the USA

I shouldn’t even give this dress a rating of 1, it is so repulsive! This dress was so misrepresented. What I saw and what I received are two different dresses. The picture looks like a professionally well made dress. What I received appears to be something made by a ten year old. The fabric is flimsy, the color is a deep purple instead of black, appears to be unhemmed, and is so long it drags the floor! Now let’s talk about the return policy! Only a 50% refund and a $30 beginning shipping rate on a product this horrendous is ridiculous! Nothing but a scam!

I wish I would have thought to check here first before I ordered a dress from this company for my daughter's wedding. The fabric looked nothing like the photo. The quality is in line with what I paid for it ($63)...the "original" $235 price tag they display is ridiculous. It wasn't good enough quality to use as a mom-of-the-bride dress, but I did end up keeping it for a regular dress since I got it for such a good price. I won't be ordering from this company again and I don't recommend you do so either!

This company is a scammers, the dress is not finished came with a hole, no wash instructions pretending to be sale from a New York brand from NY, the dress is made in a factory in Hialeah Fl, address 1080 SE 5 street, the dress does not have any lable nor instructions, inside is threads all over and to force you stay with the merchandise they tell you to return to Asia with no address providing and you need to pay 50% of the price. The dress doesn’t worth $19.99, they are a huge fraud

The fabric and fit of the clothing was terrible. Return Policy is also terrible. Do not order from them.

The quality is terrible, the description is a complete lie, and the returns are a rip-off because they only give you back 10% to 30% of what you paid, and if you ask for a full refund they charge you almost the same amount as you paid for the item. I advise against buying anything from this company.

BEWARE!! Would rate 0 stars if I could. Horrific company. Certainly a scam company. I ordered an outfit through their website. I received an outfit weeks later but didn’t look anything like the one I ordered. Also, the sizing is incorrect and the outfit was way larger than a small. I immediately instigated a return request to find that this company is completely fraudulent. I did receive communication back, but unfortunately was told that their US warehouse was closed because of renovations and the only option for return was to send the incorrect item to China! I was obviously not OK with this option in returned the email showing the instructions as posted on the website with no mention of international returns and also that their location at the bottom of their website says they are in New York City. I was then offered a 20% return which would have equal $12 for the $60 outfit. I was again not OK with this solution. I did visit the post office to find that it would cost at minimum $66 to make a return to China. Clearly, I am left with no option of returning this incorrect item. Also the return address I was giving in China is not to Grayson and Porter, but in fact to an individuals name. I would strongly suggest not ordering from this company and also spreading the word about this to all your communities.

Buyer beware. This company is very deceptive in every way and the quality is horrible. The fabric is very poor quality and has no care instructions. They do NOT have a New York location. They are located in China. Very deceptive return policy. It says they accept returns up to 30 days after receipt, HOWEVER when you go to their return policy page and go to the bottom where they tell about the refund, it says you have to return the items to CHINA at your own expense! Don't be fooled by this company!

Beware of their misleading return policy! It says full refund if returned within 30 days so that sounds good. What is doesn’t say that you have to return item to Asia at a cost of $30 or more. Some of their items have no size guide so watch out for that and what is the soft breathable comfortable fabric or knit that many items are made of? All I can say is that they do respond quickly but read the fine print before you buy !!!

I will give them 5 times 0. Worst experience. Terrible. Material super ship and they take us as stupidly . From 60.00 they said you can keep it and we give you 12.00. Omgosh they will never take me again. Horrible material. Cheapest quality. THIS IS FRAUD. I’m going to report them.

I tried to cancel order immediately after placing. They stalled in replying and said I was outside the 24 hr window. Product received was not what was featured and made of cheap material. Return process is a joke. Scam company..AVOID

Fabric is super cheap quality. Presentation on website is absolutely fraudulent. And…when you want to make a return, the customer has to pay to ship it to Asia.

I ordered a dress and it was too small. I requested a return. They sent me an address in China to return dress and I could keep the dress. They would also return 20% of the cost to my payment method amounts. The dress was flimsy material and looked nothing like the picture I saw of the dress. Sham company. Don’t buy anything from them.
