They advertise they are out of New York. Items are shipped from China, and the quality is subpar. The refund policy is nonexistent. They offer you 15% of the total not to return the item back to China.

Do not order from this company. Merchandise is extremely poor quality. Cheap fabric and design. If you want to return it has to be to China at a ridiculously high price. Where you have to return is listed at the very bottom of their return policy. Their advertising leads the customer to believe it’s a New York based company. It is not!

Quality of products were horrible/"easy returns" NOT easy
Quality of products were horrible. They are not located in NY as indicated on their website. They are in China. Their "easy return" policy is to goad you into accepting 15% back and not sending the product back. If you insist, you have to send it to China with all kinds of constraints and restrictions and minimum shipping is $30. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Extremely Disappointed, Poor Quality and return policy is a joke
Extremely disappointed with recent purchase. Dress quality was subpar and cheaply made. Says full return, but it goes back to China so you have to pay for return which starts at $30.00 and takes at least 6 weeks. Customer service baits you with "to save you the hassle of returning the item, we’d like to offer you a 15% refund right away and you keep the product." They eventually go to 30% refund. Will never purchase from them again. Buyer beware, their website pictures are deceiving and quality is poor.
