Does not even deserve a one. Cannot cancel order and they will not give a refund on merchandise. Would not give an address to return items. Very poor quality of clothes. They are not located in NY as advertised but China. DO NOT order from them.

I wouldn’t give them a one star on a review. The clothes are made from cheap material and they misrepresent the clothes through their pictures. The material is very thin and low quality on the making of the clothes. They do not honor the return policy as stated do not order from this company the clothes come from China.

If I could give them a zero I would. I have never been scammed this bad before. Loved their website. Gorgeous clothes and first class website out of New York. OMG. So far from the truth. This is NOT a company out of New York. Awful quality. Worst bunch of crap I have ever received. Not even worth donating to Goodwill. Can’t get a refund. They don’t care. There has to be a way to STOP this kind of fake website marketing and lying. There has to be a way to shut this website and company down.

The dress I received is nothing like the picture on the website except for color. This site is a scam. You are throwing your money away if you order from them!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Dress I ordered was cut VERY SMALL ( I am 5’6” and 140” usually wear medium- needed a large). First dress came in 2 weeks, 2nd dress still hasn’t shown up after $20 additional shipping for large and it’s been over 4 weeks. Customer service says Large dress got lost and “ they do not expedite shipping” for an event I wanted to wear the dress. Company says based out of New York but I beg to differ. WASTED TIME. WASTED MONEY.

I wouldn't even give this company a one star. The quality of the material is awful. The pics shown on their website show and describe the material as soft and flowing..where as the actual material is stiff and looks like hospital uniform scrubs. I ordered the Colleen Elegant Two-piece set. It's absolutely awful. And in order to return, you need to send an email and pay the cost to ship back to their warehouse in Asia.

I ordered a pant suit. Fabric was terrible and sew poorly. There were flaws in stitching..not worth the $59.9. I accidentally paid twice and then sent 3 emails to have them not send item twice..Did all 3mails in 4 hrs..they responded,first email was blank,then 2 came after the 24 hr window.so couldn't stop shipment..Return is at my cost& to China. 3X the cost of mail.

1 star only to be able to share my warning. Bait and switch photo and products. Terrible merchandise. The return they offered is 25% of the $49.50, or instructions to send it back to China on my dime.

I would give the dress they shipped me a ZERO star if I could, what a piece of crap. They compare it to a $200 dress on sale for $59.99 and it is not worth $5. I used to be a fashion buyer and they are a complete SCAM. I have sent several emails now with no reply. They say they are from New York, yet you have to pay for the shipping return to ASIA! Read the fine print before you buy, I will be filing a complaint about them and contacting my credit card company to get my money back. BUYER BEWARE! AWFUL.

Made in China. Their ad says 100% 30 day refund. They shipped the item from china. They want me to pay$30 to return. I paid $39 for the item. The material is paper thin. Wear it once and throw it away.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible Quality. Items do not look like the pictures and FORGET about trying to return. They offer a 20% refund and you keep the products or if you choose to return, order has to be sent to China and the address they provide is not accepted by UPS. A phone number is also required by UPS, and you cannot find a phone number for this company.

I ordered a gown for a wedding and it didn’t come til after the wedding. They offered me a 10% discount to keep it or give it away as sending it back would be too costly. I went back and forth with them and they emailed me that they would discount me 50% which I accepted. Two days later they said it’s over a month and they couldn’t give me the discount. I have NEVER dealt with a company so bogus and cunning in my life!!!!

This Company is very deceptive, you believe you are ordering from New York, yet it is China, I tried to return the day I received my inferior product and was told they haven’t set up their NY address yet and would cost $30 to return, I have sent 3 emails to them now without a response, I will be contacting my bank next!

If I could give a negative 10 I would DO NOT buy from this company. Their clothing is low quality. They say they are based in New York but they are a Chinese company. They DO NOT honor their own return policies. I have had to dispute my charge through my credit card because they would not cancel my order even though it was within their policy guidelines. Their customer service is horrible.

The items ordered were of poor quality and not as described.. attempted to return the day I received the items and was told they would have to be returned to a China address and the postage would be $40.

Do not order from this company. Returns have to be shipped to china for a minimum of $30. They offer a 15% partial refund and the product is not good quality.

If there was a negative star I would give it. DO NOT BUY from this company. Clothing is VERY poor quality. Sizes were wrong. AND sending it back will cost you more than half of what you paid!!!! Stay away from them.

I have never seen quality of clothing so cheaply made.
You will never get a refund from them so DO NOT order. If you are lucky they will offer you a 30% refund and you get to keep the items. No reason to keep them items as the material and construction is so cheap you can't wear it in public.

The product was not as advertised, the material was shoddy and the workmanship awful.
When I tried to return the garment I was sent an email stating that I could get a15% credit to my credit card or wait 6 weeks if I returned it at my own cost.
Never again.
