I have recently had solar panels and an Air Source Heat pump installed by Green Home Systems, from start to finish they were very professional. The electrical crew, Jaimie, Mathew and Paul arrived on the Monday morning and the solar panels were producing power to my household within 3 hours, not a cable or wire in sight. The plumbers arrived on the Tuesday morning,Ryan and Fraser and installed a hot water cylinder in the loft and replaced 10 radiators with brand new ones, the ASHP was installed outside and the heating system was all working by Thursday afternoon, not a pipe to be seen. I could not praise the people from Green Home Systems enough, they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the installation, I would give them 11 out of ten if that was possible.

Contacted Green Home Systems recently in connection with cavity wall insulation. The office staff were pleasant and efficient throughout. Thomas inspected the existing wall cavities and confirmed they were empty. We were fortunate to obtain a cancellation slot with the installation team who worked competently with minimal fuss. Our walls are now better insulated for winter.

I had contacted a couple of other cavity wall insulation companies and was messed about in terms of saying they would call back and never returning my calls, or making appointments and not turning up. When 1 company did turn up said they would send a quote despite chasing for 6 weeks still not received. The experience with green home was different from helpful efficient staff, to trying to help me get funding. Unfortunately I was not able to get this but was happy to pay as I know it would make a difference to my heating bills. I got a quote which I accepted and received an email the next day stating they had a cancellation and did I want it done that day. I was delighted and the guys that came were friendly did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I would have no hesitation in recommending green home for cavity wall insulation.

Prompt and careful installation. The initial visit from the consultant explained my options fully. Once the deposit was paid and an installation date set everything went pretty smoothly. The installation team worked carefully, explained how the system worked, made sure the phone app was installed and working and tidied up. Excellent stuff.

A very professional and caring company. My father had an issue with a similarly named company (Green Home Assist) which we are trying to help him resolve. Even though nothing to do with Green Home Systems they were caring, helpful and provided us with sound advice. Everyone we had contact with from their receptionist to Directors were extremely professional and wanted to assist in any way they could. Top marks.

Guys were absolute professionals, came in as a squad and were under the floor putting the insulation in within minutes! Can't fault them at all and would highly recommend.

From the initial survey through to completing the work Green Home were excellent. The work was carried out by a very efficient team who left the area neat / tidy and the paperwork all done.

I had a full heat pump central heating system fitted along with solar panels and external wall insulation the guys were phenomenal nothing was a problem to them even the office staff helped with all my questions also would like to comment on the outside contractors used everyone was amazing would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a first class job

Had a green energy survey done in my daughters first house after speaking to Kenny. Very helpful on phone and survey complete. Despite several phone calls we can't get a reply from the company.for a update. My daughter is in process of decorating and wants to know what to.do next. Go to another company ?

I primarily dealt with Andrew from sales and he was easy to get in touch with and always called back. David, one of the installers, kindly called me a few weeks prior to install to discuss the job as he had reviewed pictures I had sent.

The guys (Calum & David) arrived on time and gave me a call 45 mins before arriving. Both very polite and assessed the job themselves as there was no survey done prior to install due to my location. Talked me through exactly what they were going to do, as well as answered my questions about the job - both very knowledgeable and helpful. Carried out the job perfectly and ensured all vents were covered with wire brush to save the insulation beads covering my vents in my crawl space. I went under the house with Calum and he was happy to show me what he had done to cover the vents.

Wouldn’t have known they were here when they left - left my property exactly as they found it, cleaned up after themselves and were happy to chat to me about other improvements I can make to my home before they left. They even matched the mortar to fill the holes to the colour of my external walls.

A bit of back and forth between myself and sales to sort out the final invoice to reflect the total area insulated which was less than the quoted area, but again the team were prompt in getting back to me and sorted it out.

Cannot fault the team whatsoever. Thanks so much again for the excellent service and workmanship.

Friendly, highly professional team and installed underfloor insulation for us. They made sure to take pictures to show the work they had done and issued the certificate, guarantee, insurance and invoice the same day as the installation was complete. Very impressed!
