Speedy delivery and amazing quality! Can't believe I ever used traditional non-stick, these are the real deal!

The product is absolutely fantastic! I'm extremely satisfied with its healthy cooking capabilities. Cleaning them takes only 30 seconds, making them incredibly convenient. These are the best pans I've ever owned! The only hiccup I encountered was with two defective pans initially, but after finally reaching customer service after 45 days, they promptly sent me a replacement set, which was fantastic.

Excellent service with the delivery - arrived very quickly and well packaged in fully recyclable materials. I'm very happy with the products too.

Excellent pans. Cooking and cleaning performance is excellent. Have now replaced all my other (top of the range good quality) pans with GreenPan as they are a vast improvement. The weight of the pans and cooking ability is exceptional. And as for cleaning, it takes two minutes!!

Ive made two recipes from the slow cooker cookbook. Very delicious 🤤. I love my new slow cooker. It’s so good that I can brown / sauté without using a separate pot !! That always defeated the object of a slow cooker for me. Just one thing the word TEMP on the front has been partly erased ( it was like this when I unwrapped it! ) and I wish I’d known it comes in cream! I bought it from Lakeland and I believe they only do the silver one. Shame. But it cooks beautifully 🙂

Speedy delivery! Cant really comment on the pans as i have only used them a few times, but they work great. Food doesnt stick to the pans and super easy to clean.

I am really enjoying using my new pans. They require so little oil and clean very easily.

Great, apart from delivery charges. Why dispatch a 20cm saucepan lid in a box that could have contained a dozen such items and charge me £10 for the privilege? It could have been posted for less than half that cost. Sorry Green Pan, but please review your delivery arrangements - you never know, I might buy more from you!

Ive been wanting the Contact Grill for quite some time now. But mostly I have been eyeing up the Belgian waffle plates especially, but didn’t want just a waffle machine. Well I finally committed and The Contact Grill arrived a few days ago. I used it for waffles yesterday for the first time, OMG it’s amazing. It is super easy to use, the waffles came out cleanly and they were so big and fluffy. I made cheesy waffles and then sweet potato waffles, it’s a family winner already.

I haven’t used it as a grill yet, I will be this weekend.

I will say it’s quite a substantial piece of kit. The photo on the website showing it in a cupboard is deceptive, you do need quite a bit of room for it. I had to rearrange slightly as I needed a cupboard with more height. With that said, it fits, just. I am pretty strong so the weight of this isn’t a problem. If I had room I would leave it on the counter top as I can see it getting a lot of use.

My only negative is the power cord isn’t very long, it’s quite difficult to get it near the plug, but this is a minor annoyance. It’s a great addition to my kitchen and I can see it getting used a lot!

We've bought a set from Greenpan and we've been using it for about three months now. We didn't had to deal with customer service so I can't comment on that but I will say that the delivery was seamless, we received the set in a few days so no complaints there.
As to the pans, we love them. Not only that they look very nice, but they are very good. They are a bit on the heavy side, giving you a feel of quality and they seem to be well made. The nonstick is amazing, almost too good to be true. It makes me wonder why we ever had to use teflon in the first place. We've been careful to use only non metallic utensils so I can't say anything about it's durability, but so far so good. If I was to complain about something, would be the metal rims on the lids which, if not careful, can damage the upper edge of the pans.
Overall we are very happy with our purchase and we are going to buy again from Greenpan.
