I’m genuinely amazed at the feedback here for Grenke from a number of seemingly different customers.

As a reseller of several hundred happy customers with zero complaints and zero unwinds over the last 7yrs, I can not fathom nor understand these complaints. Indeed, if anything, I actually find that Grenke are very firm and robust in their business practices.

Clearly, not everyone can be wrong, but from reading the reviews I think that the issue appears to be with the re-sellers as opposed to the funder.

For the avoidance of doubt, I’d also be happy to share the many testimonials that we have with anyone who doubts the validity or integrity of my message.

WARNING!
There is a long article in the Times newspaper today (Monday 28th September 2020 UK) detailing the business practices of Grenke and how companies and charities have fared after doing business with them.

Wouldn’t go near this company at all they are absolutely awful and will rip you off from the start. They are rude and con artists 100%!! Stay away unless you want to be ripped off and then go bankrupt

The worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with missold their products by Tetcom they must be in with them they don't care about customers they have both put me out of business will be interesting to see what they claim from the administrator stay away from this company

Ok, so received a court hearing letter and decided I can’t be the only one. Seems they have scammed everyone in the same way. Shall we start a petition against Grenke? Rouge traders! Please reply on here those who will stand by if we go ahead with court proceedings against Grenke.

Told me payments were due on my account despite having previously sent screenshots clearly showing when and how payments were made. These were initially acknowledge before deciding MORE money was due.

I sent screenshots again, and explained in detail what each was for.

This morning, they've stuck their hand in my bank account and taken what they think I owe. They may as well have plucked it out the air. I have cancelled my direct debit, will be returning my equipment and they can go jump for any more money from me - especially having read these reviews!

If I could give zero I would as well, I also own a small business that has also been seeking help with a payment break during this pandemic, we asked to add the months lost to the end of the term or if we could pay slightly more each month when back up to full operations. Most other financing and leasing companies have been helpful. This is a greedy business with no ethics whatsoever! I will never use them again under any circumstances and I urge anyone that is looking to use them to boycott them.
I hope the government steps in and says this type of bad ethics should be stopped. In the end they will shoot themselves in the foot as if businesses cannot sustain and they go under they will no longer get payments anyway! I will be looking at everyway to cancel our agreement and will never use again.

While many business are giving payment breaks during the Covid-19 Pandemic GRENKE have not taken this view and it's business as usual for them. I don't ordinarily wish hardship upon anyone but I do hope the board or person responsible for this decision feels the same hardship their clients are facing. Disgusting ethics.

Would give zero stars if possible. Terrible customer service, zero regard for independent. My Dad is so stressed and upset, our whole family so sad and distressed because of bad greedy people. We are all humans, be nice!!!!!

Cant stress enough how much anyone needs to avoid this company! Scam scam scam.

We have been running a three bedroomed bed & breakfast for the last ten years and have decided to retire and sell up - due to my husband having cancer. We can't believe the termination invoice we have received for leasing our card machine from Grenke - £1,167.00 - plus all the monthly payments we have made!!!!!! If anyone has any advice about what we can do about this we would be very grateful.

Scammers, I have been scammed by this leasing company and Rihino media.
I have two small retail shops in. Hampton. They never said I am taking out a lease on 2 screens. I have paid. £600 per month for the last one year. I have stopped further 24 months payments due to them as they have only paid first three months. I have already lost £ 5400.
I do know how they sleep and eat. But I cannot if I think about this now.

Scam company. Stay clear. Involved with viewable media another scam company. These 2 companies are cribbling businesses around northern Ireland Wales England. On going investigation against grenke leasing. Pls pls do not do business with this company.

Untrustworthy, scammed my family’s small business. Do not use

This company has let numerous small business down. They are part of the scam that is viewable media, vission asset finance and rhino media. Mis-leading the customer into a finance contract and not providing help, uderstanding or resolution to the mess created by the thrid party companies it was involved with.

Not a trust worthy company . Beware and dont get into the day light robbery and will fall into the scam u will not even realise until u cant come back of it .....
