I have worked with Grenke for a number of years, fantastic partner to work alongside.

Grenke are a leasing company in which will charge you thousands (BIG thousands) for a product worth hundreds (if that) - They will also charge you for a product which you don't have! Despite requesting proof of delivery several times, I'm yet to receive any legitimate proof back and repeatedly told I have the product - (I really don't!) - They work alongside companies in which are not trustworthy, and most of all, Grenke are a MASSIVE scam company who only want the money out of your pocket so it's in theirs - PLEASE AVOID before you make the same mistakes and end up in thousands of pounds worth of loss for the sake of their own benefit - as they really don't care - You could be going bust and they'd still laugh! AVOID.

This company engages in sharp business practices working with other "partners" to encourage small organisations to sign up for unaffordable long term commitments. In our case, as a small local charity we are now locked into a 5 year contract for an over specified photocopier we neither want or need. Grenke have been most unsympathetic towards our mis-selling and have refused to engage with us. If you really need to enter into an equipment lease do so with your eyes open and avoid Grenke like the plague.

Absolutely appalling, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they will not help you in any shape or form. I was lead to believe that they had a degree of responsibility if there was an issue with a printer you have. Obviously not !!!!

Fantastic service by the Grenke team in Manchester. Very helpful and would strongly recommend them to any business who is looking for business finance.

We were fraudulently sold a coffee machine from a company called "Coffee Boss" for our shop, they tell you that it pays for it self over a 5 year period providing it vends x amount of drinks per week - They also do not give you an option to buy it, they say renting is best as you may need a new machine in 5 years time - they then put you in a lease agreement with Grenke. Grenke pay "Coffee Boss" the entire lease term up front so "Coffee Boss" are off the hook financially after that. "Coffee Boss" promise a trial period but when you say you don't want it, as we did it is already to late as you are now in contract with Grenke. So, when you realize you have been conned it's too late - Grenke take no responsibility 'for services' they are just a 'finance' firm and refuse to negotiate or release you from your 5 year contract which they have effectively bought from "Coffee Boss", and charge you a lot of interest. We have lost £1000s and cannot get out of our contract for 5 years. True this trust pilot post is all about Grenke, in our circumstances "Coffee Boss" are equally as bad - once they are paid they don't want anything more to do with you - the machine continually breaks down and they have no one to fix it and Grenke don't care. Really Grenke if they were lending money responsibly they should have due diligence done on their customers or some way to correct the situation. We have been completely conned and no-one is interested in helping. My advice is if you hear the name Grenke run away - go to a professional bank and get a proper loan - avoid these cowboy operators

We were fraudulently sold a contract by Telecoms GB with a 'new' system leased from Grenke. Grenke pay Telecoms GB the entire lease term up front so Telecoms GB are motivated to sell 5-7 year term contracts to us small businesses trying to make a cost saving where the services are 'free' and promise to pay cancellation fees that never materialise. So, when you realise you have ben conned it's too late - Grenke take no responsibility 'for services' they are just a 'finance' firm and refuse to negotiate or release you from your contract which they have effectively bought from Telecoms GB. Ombudsman will only help you if you employ < 10 staff (we employ 10) and Ofcom do not deal with individual cases. We have lost £1000s and cannot get out of our contract for another 4 years. Telecoms GB have not paid their Wholesalers so we will have to buy services AGAIN from a new provider. We have been completely conned and no-one is interested in helping.

Horrendous outfit, steer well away from them. Terrible customer service support and a bunch of cowboys. If you find yourself in bed with this company get out, pay them off and put it down to a gross error of judgement!

This Company have no interest in the clients issues with the equipment supplied that was not fit for purpose and returned within the first weeks, they forced us to pay £20,000 over 5 years for equipment we did not have.
This equipment was returned to them at the start of the process and we were served with a default notice by a Solicitor immediately thereafter for refusing to pay.
We have now completed paying the none existent lease and have reported them to the Financial Onbudsman and are taking action to recover our money.
What a disgusting outfit - Avoid at all costs

If you see this name run away, i’ve went to court to attempt to retrieve my money however with the contracts they have put us into we have lost over 15k over a stupid television.

A decision we made which affected us as a business and wont recommend anyone moving forward. Dont go to court to waste your money more, pay it off asap and get rid of them!!!!

Unethical. I have entered an agreement with Grenke through Qube Leasing. At that time Rick Player from Qube leasing sent a letter confirming I would be able to buy the equipment at the end of the term for 1%. Now they are not willing to honour that agreement.

Worse company we deal with.
We’ve been put in a 7 years contract from a telecom company Envera Telecom or Envera 360

£1000 phone system and we end up to pay over £18.000

They are good in damage small business

Horrible people involved in a scam effecting hundreds of businesses in uk northern Ireland Wales. Run from this company if they approach you 🏃‍♂️

Grenke hide behind unregulated contracts that only apply to companies,once you sign the contract they have got you.Like me i failed to read it and trusted the person was honest (never again} £48000.00 for a £3000.00 phone system from those crooks at Tetcom.Grenke must know what they do is immoral but all they think about is stitching hard working company's up and giving money to unscrupulous business that just go bust as soon as they have raked in the ill gotten gains.It is unfortunate
that in the eyes of the law they are doing nothing wrong. The only way is to petition for a change in the law that gives business more protection.
