Great gym lovely people great atmosphere

Great value

Very relaxed gym no judgement and very supportive. Range if classes to choose from where can still go at your own pace.

Welcoming gym for everyone.

Scam. Never received my order.

Easy to communicate online or face to face
Encouraging helpful
Don’t feel as I don’t belong

I signed up to the latest 8 week challenge and felt nervous to get into a gym after not exercising for a very long time. I immediately felt relaxed when I joined my first class, I felt very welcomed and there was no pressure at all. Thanks to the staff who are amazing and have so much time to help you learn and improve. I am now signed up fully, I've never enjoyed a gym experience more. Thanks All.

Awesome gym family, all the staff helpful and welcoming. There’s no other gym like it….
Everyone helps everyone. Charity work and future progression for everyone.
Grit & Glory is highly recommended 💪🏼

Excellent gym.Very friendly and welcoming.Great classes with great instructors. Give it a go folks

I absolutely love this gym! The staff and the members are so friendly, I never had that awkward new person atmosphere when joined. I have 4 children, 2 teenagers and 2 younger children and I love that we all go to the gym together, my younger 2 go in the creche why my teenagers come to class.
They are always improving the gym with new equipment, adding new classes and I love the mum and me class which I do with my baby.
There is no pressure to join and pay a contract you can pay monthly or pay as you go for classes.

Helpful as couldn’t get on the app

Amazing gym more like a community for like minded people

I love this gym there are great classes, a vast range of equipment, lots of support from the staff there and the best part there is a creche so on my maternity leave I can get back to fitness!

Great atmosphere.
Dedicated trainers.
Classes are enjoyable.

After not stepping in a gym for years I joined as part of an 8 week challenge. The advice and guidance throughout were wonderful and the team were always on hand to answer any fitness or nutrition questions. I’ve never been into classes before, but now I’m doing at least 5 each week. They are varied and adaptable so you can work at your own pace. They definitely get you sweating! Addicted to the energy and buzz of this place. It’s wonderful to see so many people transforming into fitter, healthier versions of themselves 😊

Great gym and even better atmosphere!
