Groove Pillows Avis 

I am a second time buyer. Ordered two pillows. Royal mail messed up the delivery however the company sent me a replacement at no extra cost. The quality is superb . The pillows are heavier than I expected but definitely deliver as promised.

If I could give zero stars I would this company is horrendous at customer service I emailed twice to enquire about return this product as not working for me never got a response so now I’m stuck with an expensive pillow that doesn’t work and makes my sleep worse I’m appalled by the way they have just ignored my emails will never use them again!!!!

This pillow has exceeded my expectations. I suffer from Shoulder tendinitis and the pain at night wakes me up. Although it took me about 2 weeks to get used to the Groove pillow ( as it's much lower than what I previously have used) I persevered, and now I am waking up with less pain than before. I highly recommend it, especially if you suffer from any neck or shoulder condition..

The quality of the pillow is fantastic. So supportive, yet very soft to the touch. I bought the adjustable one which I'm glad I did as I've had less and less neck pain the more I have adjusted the pillow.
Communication with the company has been excellent and delivery was quick too.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

As someone who sleeps on their back, I was experiencing severe neck pain and thought I would try the Groove pillow, a decision based on all the positive reviews I had read.
They come really nicely packaged, and you don’t have to wait for them to regain shape and no horrible chemical smell either. The pillow supports the part of the neck that dips in really well, with just enough side support to stop your head lolling too far to one side. Honestly, I have never slept better and if I have to go away on a trip or visit, I make sure I take it with me. This is a total game changer and I highly recommend them.

Received Item promptly and it has made a big difference to my neck and shoulder issues.

This is a very comfortable pillow. My neck pain and stiffness is almost gone and I no longer wake with a headache. Also my head doesn't sweat so much. All in all I am very pleased

I’ve had neck pain for over a year and nearly always wake up two or three times a night with it. I ordered the Groove pillow more in hope than expectation that it would help - but in the few weeks I’ve been using it I’ve only had one episode of night-time pain. It’s quite hard and takes a bit of getting used to but it definitely delivers what it promises.

I have had my pillow for over a month now. I wanted to give it a fair chance. And I am glad I did. Was ready to give up in the first week. I found it a bit hard. I contacted customer service. I spoke to Janus. He gave me some tips to try. Customer service are excellent. I bought the 2.0 pillow. You can remove bits to see what works best for you. And after trial and error. I found my comfort level. This pillow is so comfortable now. Keeps your kneck and spine aligned. I am very satisfied with it now. I would recommend.

Absolutely amazing pillow!!! Suffered from neck pain for several years and this relieves tension as soon as you lie on it.
Also, came very well packaged.

Ordered a Groove pillow and a back pillow after seeing it advertised and trying various others. It claims to help with neck and shoulder issues and I have to say it does as I certainly have little tension in these areas like I used to have.
The pillow did take a couple of nights getting used to as it was the firmest one I've bought but it has proved to be very comfortable and relaxing, whether lying on your back or sleeping on your side.
Very good value for money too.
The back pillow is also comfortable whether in bed or sitting on the sofa etc.
Overall, the service was quick and reliable. Would buy from Groove again.

This is much better than that shitty Rem-fit pillow.

I can fall asleep on this pillow with different positions still feeling comfortable.

I’m really impressed with my Groove pillow! It’s made a noticeable difference to how well I sleep. The support is just right, it keeps my neck and head aligned without feeling too firm or too soft.
I especially love how comfortable it is whether I’m sleeping on my side or my back. The quality feels excellent, and it holds its shape really well throughout the night. It also stays cool, which is a big plus for me.

Can’t believe the difference the pillow has made , nice to get up without a stiff neck and have to take pain killers.

The adjustable was a very good choice for myself to enable me to get the perfect all round sleeping solution and therefore easing my neck pain and giving me a much better night's sleep.

So congratulations to you and your team for designing this fantastic pillow and I should know, I've tried a few.

I have been suffering from neck pain and no pillow I have experimented with had helped alleviate the pain until I came across Groove Pillows. This is the comfiest, most supportive pillow I have ever used and I'm a side sleeper. They are fantastically priced too. My partner got one at the same time and was equally impressed. I would recommend 100%.

Bought the Groove Pillow for headaches on waking but developed vertigo due to the slight backwards tilt of the pillow. It's called Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo or BPPV caused by the dislodging of crystals in the ear. It meant I was unable to continue using the pillow but requested a refund and was given one promptly without any quibble- excellent customer service.
