Groove Pillows Avis 

The Groove pillow has helped me recover from a recent Cervical Discectomy and Fusion operation by keeping my neck aligned when i sleep. I sleep on my back and side and the different grooves and memory foam keep my neck in place but also make it comfortable at the same time. I have told my neighbour to get one, who suffers with nerve pain to right arm and the last time i spoke to her she couldn't speak highly enough about it saying it had cured her pain. My wife now wants one so i am going to buy another one. Excellent value for money.

This is an update to my previous review after having used it for a week. Now that I've used it for about a month, I realized any doubts I had before have been squashed. I have had neck, shoulders, and back tension for a long time from sleeping. I've gone through pillows--expensive and cheap. Nothing worked for back and side sleeping, and I am both. This pillow met both conditions, but it took me a few days to get used to it. It's comfortable and soft, but it was a little awkward at first sleeping on my back with it. I noticed right away after night one that it took some tension away from my neck and shoulders, but not necessarily with my upper back. As nights progressed, it became clear to me that the pillow was helping me sleep better than before, and I woke up without the usual aches and pain in my neck. It took a little bit more time for my upper back aches to subside, because I realized my body needed healing from years of aches from the bad pillows I was sleeping. Now, I sleep and wake up ache free! What a relief!

I love this company. I am very precious about my pillow and I am the person who always take my pillow on holiday with me or I get a stiff neck. I have been using the original Groove pillow for a while now and have had to buy one for my husband and kids as they were all jealous after I was talking about how amazingly comfortable it is. I love that they have made pillow cases to match the size. The price is so reasonable! Postage is fast.

The groove pillow has made such a difference to my life. I’ve taken one pad out and I use the smaller sloped side. I am sleeping all through the night and waking up pain free. This has been an absolute game changer for me. I don’t usually leave reviews but this has made such a difference I had to. Don’t hesitate buy one. 😊

First time in months, I woke up without neck ache and intense headache ( old injury), due to this support pillow. No interrupted night to get a paracetamol. Used to 2 pillows so it was odd at first to sleep on one Groove pillow...but its made a big difference

The Original Pillows have completely changed. I've had some for years and ordered some new ones and the memory foam is completely different and so soft and unsupportive. I messaged the company and they said they had changed them due to customer feedback but this isn't stated anywhere on the website and the pillows are still called the original pillows. Please be aware of this change if you buy them now as they are completely different to the supportive memory foam they originally were. I requested a refund but the company encouraged 50% refund and said to give them to someone els as they are a green company. Obviously I appreciate them being a green company I would just appreciate them to be more transparent when changing a product so people know exactly what they are ordering.

Brought this pillow after trying numerous others with no success suffering for weeks with neck pain when I got up after a few nights it’s almost gone just a few twinges now and then but nothing like it was I can now get on with my day almost pain free, Delivered within a few days great service.

Thanks to a stiff neck I’ve been waking up with a headache for weeks. I bought this pillow a couple of weeks ago and I genuinely haven’t had one since I began sleeping on it. I can’t quite believe it but I’m very grateful!

I bought this pillow due to suffering from back pain and struggling to sleep at night. It did take a few days of getting used to, but now I am really starting to notice the difference. When I first started using it, I could feel the pressure relieved on my spine, and now it's just absolute bliss. I don't have to fluff my pillows trying to get the right position and comfort anymore; I would never go back to an ordinary pillow. This pillow is absolute magic, and I really do recommend it to anyone who is suffering. Best decision I ever made!

My issues with the pillow were resolved.

I bought the pillow in the hope it would help with my neck & shoulder pain. Unfortunately it hasn’t, I’ve persevered with it hoping sleep would improve but it hasn’t.
I’ve contacted customer services twice by email and haven’t received a reply. (I have checked my junk folder)

I was a bit sceptical when I saw all the great reviews for these pillows but decided to order 2 when they were on special offer because if they weren’t any good I could return them. I have been having neck and shoulder problems which have definitely eased since using the pillow. I was waking up around 3 times a night before but most nights now it’s once or not at all and I wake up more refreshed. Last night I didn’t use it because I’d left it at a friends house and that’s when I really noticed the difference. I woke up 4 times and when it was finally time to get up I wasn’t in a very good mood. Thankfully it’s back with me now and I’m looking forward to a good nights sleep.

I am so impressed by this product. From the first night's sleep, it has eased the pain in my neck and I wake up with a clear head. I'm a lifelong migraineur and have arthritis in my neck. Memory foam pillows made my symptoms worse because they're so hard. The Groove Pillow is so comfortable yet supportive. I can sleep on my back or my side. I would recommend this product.

I have been experiencing neck and back pain and my pillows didn't help as I tried to get comfortable by propping them up but nothing helped. Having used the groove pillow 2 nights i noticed an immediate difference as it comfortably supports my neck. I would definitely recommend it as well as the pillow case which I bought with it.

I bought this pillow as it was highly rated and I needed something to help me with my sore neck. I'm happy to say that now my pain significantly decreased and I can actually sleep!

I am always sceptical about adverts on social media however after waking up with a sore neck for the last 4 weeks I decided to order the pillow. First night I didn’t sleep great as it felt strange compared to my usual pillow but my neck did feel better the following morning, the second night I slept much better and my neck again felt better in the morning. Would definitely recommend trying the Groove if you have neck problems.

I am a second time buyer. Ordered two pillows. Royal mail messed up the delivery however the company sent me a replacement at no extra cost. The quality is superb . The pillows are heavier than I expected but definitely deliver as promised.
