Supportive & lightweight

The company are true to their word
The company are true to their word, the original groove pillow works amazingly. I bought another 2 for the family to use as I have experienced such benefits from it. You don't have to suffer from neck pain to use this type of pillow, in general you just get a better nights sleep. The quality is very good and I will never go back to using any other pillow. Placing orders is easy and delivery is fast. The company also offer attractive deals at very reasonable prices.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Just to clarify, the two pillow option already includes a bundle discount. The welcome email explains that the 10% code cannot be used alongside another offer, which is why it could not be applied on top of the existing saving.
The bundle discount is greater than 10%, so you received a better price than you would have by using the welcome code on two full priced pillows.

The pillow didn't work for me but customer service gave me a refund and allowed me to donate the pillow to a local charity. I'm very happy with their customer service.

Amazing pillow!
At first it was hard to get use to, but I’ve had this pillow for around a few weeks now and I can say it has made a slight difference with my neck pain, it’s comfy and firm and does the job. Hopefully it continues to improve my neck! My boyfriend now wants one 😂☺️

The website promises 100 day risk free trial, but it is not risk free since you have to pay for return shipping out of pocket, and after already paying £4.50 to get it posted to me in the first place.

Game changer
I suffer from neck, shoulder and arm pain due to FND, cervical spondylosis and irritated nerve roots in my neck. Sleeping has always made my pain/stiffness a lot worse and and I always woke up feeling terrible. I never even considered changing my pillow until someone recommended I try.
I did loads of research and decided to try the groove original pillow and I'm so glad I did. I was very sceptical but after an initial few days of adjusting to using it I'm now 2 weeks in and it's been such a game changer for me.
I sleep a lot better, wake up feeling better than I have in many years and also find it really comfortable to sleep on. Thanks Groove Pillows!

The pillow has given me earache and…
The pillow has given me earache and headaches. I am currently trying to return it as promised within the 100 day returns policy - I have had the pillow for two weeks, the website states that you MUST request the returns address as it is different to those given on the website. However after 4 emails I am still awaiting a reply. I think this company is a scam and very much doubt the authenticity of the positive reviews. Whilst the company responded to offer advice, they did not forward the returns address until several further correspondences.

Well worth paying the extra.
I purchased the original groove pillow for myself a while ago and I was really pleased with it. No more neck and shoulder pain for me. I have now bought two more as I had the deal they offered, one for my Dad and the other for my sister. We all love them. Groove pillows are excellent quality. Much better than any of the multiple cheaper ones that are available. Highly recommended.

Love my pillow
After having a knee replacement operation I was finding it really difficult to sleep. My daughter bought me a groove pillow to try. She already had one and said it made a difference.
I’m still using it and I would take it on holiday too if I could fit it in my case. It has definitely been the best thing ever and I get a great sleep every night.

I was quite reluctant to buy one of the groove pillows at first but decided in the end and it was a very wise move to because I had quite a lot of neck pain before buying one and now that I’m using my groove pillow it’s all gone!! I would highly recommend one

Was sceptical but now convinced!
I was sceptical but after two weeks I’m happy to say my pain is less and the stiffness eased a lot.
Delivery was quick and the price acceptable but I’m hopeful the results so far will continue to improve.
