Quick delivery and good service
Quick delivery and good service. The pillow is a good size and has been very helpful for my osteoarthritis in my neck. I also like the addition of pillowcases which fit the pillow (bought as an extra).

Terrible pillow and return fee
Return is at your own cost so the website lies! Customer service is very slow. They reply one a week. Quality of the pillow is appalling. Messed my back and neck up as a side sleeper. Had to go back to the osteopath and spent a few hundred pounds fixing the issue the product caused

The best pillow for me hands down!
I have been using Groove pillow 2.0 and I can honestly say there is no going back to a regular pillow. I sleep so well and almost never wake up with a sore neck like I used to. Also recently have bought the cooling blanket which has been really effective in the current warm nights. Very reliable company - delivered on time. Highly recommend.

I have window shopped for quite some time and I eventually purchased. I wish I had done it sooner. The pillow has made such a difference to my sleep, helped avoid tight shoulders in the mornings. It's also so comfortable, I didn't expect it to be, but it really is!

I saw this pillow advertised and thought ‘why not give it a try’
You offered free returns if unhappy so I had nothing to lose
I have been using it now for just over 3 years and it’s been amazing
Does take a couple of nights to get used too especially as I used to sleep with 2 pillows but has made a huge difference

This is the best pillow ive ever used
This is the best pillow ive ever used. With degenerative discs and spondolosis of the upper neck, I need a supportive pillow.
Ive been using Groove pillows for a few years and just upgraded to the new Air Cooling pillow. This has a softer and more luxurious feel too it, with the same supportiveness as the previous pillow. This is my new favourite pillow and i can recommend highly enough.

Game Changer
I bought this pillow for better support for my neck, I was sick of waking up with trapped nerves or an aching neck because of how I sleep with my pillows. It was definitely something to get used to at first, but it’s been a couple of weeks now, it makes you sleep a lot flatter than usual but I feel like my neck is a lot more supported and in alignment with my spine when I sleep.
Got the cooling pillowcase to go over the top of it and it’s a lovely bit of extra relief.

My husband suffered from back and neck…
My husband suffered from back and neck pain for several years. I had already purchased a Groove pillow and loved it from day one. It helped my neck immensely. After a bad nights sleep and a bad neck my husband sent away for the pillow. The first night he used it he could not believe how he felt the next morning. He slept through the night and woke with no pain in his next and his back was also better. Your neck fits perfectly into the groove of the pillow and supports your head and neck. Cannot recommend this pillow enough and will save you money that would be spent at the osteopath or physio.

This Fantastic Air cool pillow
This is the second pillow I have purchased having been delighted with first one which has been highly effective in relieving my neck and shoulder pain.This air cool pillow is also highly effective and in these recent heatwaves really has stayed cool providing a good quality of comfort and sleep.Highly recommend.

100 days return not honoured
I’m a side sleeper and groove pillow was no good for me. After I emailed for a refund, I was told to try for a bit longer. So I know my emails were getting through. Have since then sent two more emails asking for a full refund as per their terms and conditions. These have both been ignored! Maybe this review will prompt a response?
Good news!!!! After quite a few emails, I have now been given a full refund and told to keep the pillow.
It’s not suitable for me so I will give it to a friend or take it to the charity shop.
It’s worth persevering!
