I love most all their products! So good for you and your home and reasonably and affordably priced!

Please don't buy and certainly don't get the membership. Once you get in, there is literally no way out. I got my membership 4 months ago and tried canceling it 3 months ago. Surprise, you can't do it yourself and have to email customer care. I did it, they sent a link to do it, cancelled it then (4 step process and I thought I was done!). 3 months later, I get an email that "thank you for ordering these items" and $86 get deducted from my card automatically. Apparently, they didn't cancel my membership! I literally had to claim a dispute on my charge to get money back. I shouldn't have to go through all the hassles with no mistake of mine to get my own money back

They offer "freebies" for increasing your order but don't send them and then customer service is rude and not willing to resolve.

This is a great company with great products. If for some reason there is an issue with your order they are very quick to respond and fix it. They smell wonderful and work very well. I recommend this company and their products to everyone I know.

all items come s requested and they clean as they are described, The scents are not that fake smell like others they actually smell like the flowers they are suppose to be, I love the stuff and I am on auto fill everymoth

I am new to ordering on line but groove has made it possible for me to actually shop for all my needs do they can come straight up my home!!! I am very happy. My plastic waste has gone to going up the recycling 3 to 4 times a week to maybe once a week! I very happy to know I’m helping the future both in waste and the cruelty free,

Wonderful collaboration of products that strive to be people kid pet and earth friendly . The efforts toward plastic neutral and the offerings of all the tree free and plastic free products is amazing . I love my free gifts and while yes it is a membership ... it's once a year and worth every penny. 20 bucks . And I've gotten more products for free and as gifts than 100 dollars

Grove has helped our family be more eco friendly and the products are fantastic! Very easy to use the app and shop for what you need. I will keep using Grove for a long time

I have loved all my stuff so far and my 3 year old loves the new little soap pad things so easy to carry in my purse wanted to try for when we are on the go and they are perfect for that

I love that this company is committed to offering customers a subscription kit that is so useful. I love the grove exclusive Mrs. Meyers scents! I love all the grove specific products they make as well. After a while I needed to cancel and it was tricky to end the monthly subscription- in fact I’m still trying to cancel it!

Every product I have purchased has been of top quality. The packaging is excellent. Using the glass cleaning bottles instead of plastic is great a move!!! Also adding the name sleeves was genius!!!

I really like grove and the convinces of getting cleaning supplies delivered to your door and that they choose to go beyond plastic! It is a really exciting company to be apart of. I was a little bummed a few of my items in my last order were not in my delivery, but grove did credit my account for the inconvenience which is a great resolution to the problem. I am just hoping this isn’t a thing that can happen often.

I like the ease of ordering from Grove. I take out the items I don’t need yet and add new products to try. I like the minimal use of plastics and their focus on earth friendly products. The reminders are helpful the week before shipping and the shipment is always accurate! A great company!

Site sometimes has the items I need, most of the time they don't carry a variety or are out of stock, which is why cancelled my VIP access. It's $19.99 a year which is cheap for free shipping on orders up to a certain dollar amount.
Leaving this bad review for terrible customer service. Charged multiple times for a service that was cancelled, this happened in 2020. This year 2021, they charged me again even though I cancelled last year. Initially I had to cancel multiple times, over email because calling wasn't an option. This year I sent the email chain with a representative stating my account was canceled. Yet here I am again sending the same email about getting charged the damn $19.99 again WITH my account already "canceled".
