If you're struggling in your job search, I highly recommend working with GHYC! After almost 7 months of applying to jobs and interviewing on my own, I was able to land a job in less than 2 months working with my amazing coaches. The tools and techniques I learned from my coaches really made the difference in helping me land my next role.

When I was laid off recently, for the second time in my career, I was in the process of looking for a new role. The first job I applied for I was rejected immediately, possibly the ATS did not know what to do with my resume. The new role at my company that was laying me off I finally interviewed for with did not lead to me being rehired. I took a break in job search because I was not in the right frame of mind at that point. The first thing I did after resuming my job search was attend a Hire Ready workshop through Jobscan. Bogdan was presenting on "5 Resume Improvements in Less Than 5 Minutes". I knew immediately I wanted to have a deeper discussion with him. I did some searching and found a link to book a free consultation while he was still presenting. I am glad I did because after the presentation he shared how to contact him and the time slots filled quickly. When we met we discuss that I had not had to look for a job in 13 years and that my resume was basically as it had been, with minor tweaks, for the last 20 years or so. I came out of that discussion confident that he would be able help me with my resume, to understand and not fear the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and generally prepare for a modern job search. I expressed concerns about age discrimination to which Bodgan convinced me there were strategies that would help.
Bodgan and the team at GHYC were wonderful and patient. I was eager to get started and met often. My resume got an overhaul. So much had changed and they showed me I did not have to put EVERYTHING on it. Next up was my LinkedIn profile. A few changes and increased interaction did the trick. The practice interviews and honing my stories with a 3 minute clock prepared me for when I got the the next interview. It was a job I had been working on before I joined GHYC but took enough time that I got use all I learned working with them. I got that job and the rest is history. It is the best job I have had at the best place I have worked. My work/life balance is good. I 100% believe Bogdan and GHYC was essential for me getting hired.
The price is not cheap. This is not just a resume rewrite. This is a candidate makeover. If don't have a lot of interviewing experience, or have not been in the job market for a while, or a senior job seeker trying to understand the new ways, this could be just what you need. It is a confidence booster. It does not replace you doing work, it helps you do that work. The cost of being in the program was well worth it. The salary I negotiated with Bogdan's advise easily covered the cost of the program and more. Think of it as an investment, not just an expense.
I give GHYC credit for preparing me to work for, what I believe will be, my final company. I have a career path laid out with my boss for the next 7 - 10 years. I went from doubting if would find a job to having THE job I needed for this point in my career.

In January 2026, I was looking for a new job, having just left my company of 10 years and I felt like the process for job searching had completely changed since the last time I'd done it. After a lot of time spent researching online, various forums, LinkedIn, etc., plus some wasted $$$ on someone who said he would improve my resume and visibility (he did not!), I finally connected with someone from the GHYC sales team. I had a great meeting: she did not come across super "salesy", provided helpful advice, and shared some of GHYC's free resources for job seekers. To me, this last piece was the kicker. When someone shares their resources that are free (good ones, too) then I typically assume they have good intentions and a good product. This definitely was my experience with the GHYC team, at large.
From day 1, I felt like they were not going to be people who would rush me through the turnstiles and push my search in unwanted directions. I had 1 main coach who oversaw my progress, plus 3 additional, and also their CEO, Bogdan, who I met with a couple times but was also available as needed. All 3 of my coaches were fantastic. I would describe each of them as very professional, super talented in their specialty areas, and also very empathetic with good listening skills. They always remembered details from our past conversations, which typically included me updating them on where I was at with job prospects (applications, outreach/networking, and interviewing), plus at least 1 vent per meeting by me on how strange and disheartening the job search process feels to me. The advent of AI tools in career platforms makes every single job candidate sound, to me, like they are the perfect fit, unfortunately with little distinction on paper of candidates' strengths and gaps.
Their program has a wide range of success stories; in the kinds of jobs people land, pay scale, length of time till offers are made, etc. I ultimately landed a job about 3 months after starting their program, with a lot of "almost offers" in between. My experience with this team indicated that if I were in a real bind in my runway going from "I'm looking to find a new job/career" to "I need any job asap", they would have handled my situation with more urgency, and possibly less attention to the finer details of my resume, LinkedIn optimization, and outreach/networking efforts. Fortunately for me, we did not have to cross that road, but it was nice to know they had some kind of strategy shift if I needed it. To be clear, I landed a job that I am extremely excited about, meets almost all the criteria I set out, including pay.
Now, if I were to lose my job tomorrow would I do this program again, which is on the more expensive side...? Absolutely. Each coach I worked with brought real value and insights that tangibly landed, or showed up, in my resume, LinkedIn profile, progress with networking, progress with interviews, etc. And I can definitely say that I am better equipped for navigating the job market, even on my own, for having worked with this team for just a few months. I have even thought, next time around (because let's face it, no job is forever) I will probably reach out to them before I have left my previous position. That was definitely a "hindsight is 20/20" learning. Overall, great group that help you find a career move or new job that is a great fit for you and, most important to me, people that genuinely showed care.
