Die Service Hotline ist eine absolute Katastrophe...Frechheit!! Überhaupt keine Kompetenz am Telefon
..Kein Rückruf..nix. Bin seit 25 Jahren im Kundendienst tätig...Das schlechteste was ich je erlebt habe.

This product is a waste of money, electricity and WATER. It trips the on-demand water heater, especially during the summer months when the ac is running. In the past 2 days, the pump has tripped the water heater 5 times. We are constantly running down 2 flights of stairs to power off/power on the water heater. In the meantime, gallons of water are going to waste, and so is the electricity. This has actually been going on since we received the pump (about 3 years or so) but I'm only now writing a review to disclose my frustration!

wir sind ein Handwerksbetrieb der auch mal Aktionen kauft.
die Pumpe war nur 6 Monate in Betrieb ist dann kaputt gegangen !!!
Grundfoss lehnt jeden Garantieanspruch ab!!!!!
Qualität sieht anders aus !!!

Scala2 gekocht bij dealer, binnen de garantieperiode stuk gegaan. Niet meer afslaan, veel mechanisch lawaai, lekt water.. Vervangen onder garantie, weer dezelfde problemen, ditmaal juist net buiten garantieperiode.. Dealer mailt naar Grundfos, antwoord is deze niet opsturen, word toch niet hersteld noch enige vorm van compensatie.. Dus de marktleider inzake produceerd pompen die minderwaardig zijn en verkoopt ze aan +600eu en gaan max 5a6 jaar mee.. Schandalig!! Klantenservice trekt ook op niks!! Nooit meer grundfos..

Als installateur ben ik inmiddels met meerdere mensen binnen Grundfos in gesprek geweest over een storing aan een Grundfos-installatie.

Je zou denken dat je als vakman bij de fabrikant terechtkunt voor technisch advies. Helaas blijkt dat in de praktijk behoorlijk tegen te vallen.

Na meerdere telefoongesprekken heb ik geen enkel bruikbaar technisch advies gekregen waarmee ik zelf verder kan zoeken naar de oorzaak van het probleem.

Blijkbaar werkt het bij Grundfos anders: zodra er een serieus technisch probleem is, kan Grundfos zelf langskomen om de storing te onderzoeken en te verhelpen. Technische ondersteuning waarmee een installateur zélf verder kan? Die krijg ik tot nu toe niet.

Uiteindelijk werd ik doorverbonden en zou een monteur van Grundfos mij terugbellen.

Ook dat telefoontje is nooit gekomen.

Dat vind ik voor een professioneel merk bijzonder teleurstellend.

Wij als installateurs adviseren deze producten aan onze klanten. Wij kopen ze, installeren ze en staan bij een storing als eerste bij de klant. Dan verwacht ik van een fabrikant dat er iemand beschikbaar is die inhoudelijk met een installateur kan meedenken.

Mijn ervaring met Grundfos tot nu toe:

Product verkopen: geen probleem.
Technisch advies: nauwelijks te krijgen.
Zelf langskomen voor een storing: kan wel.
Afspreken dat een monteur terugbelt: gebeurt niet.

Als dit de manier is waarop Grundfos zijn installateurs technisch ondersteunt, dan is dat voor mij absoluut iets om mee te nemen bij de keuze welk merk ik de volgende keer adviseer en installeer.

Misschien kan Jeroen de Lange van Grundfos of iemand anders binnen de organisatie uitleggen waarom een installateur niet gewoon fatsoenlijk technisch ondersteund kan worden.

Grundfos UPS 25-40 180. Two of these pumps have been sitting for many years in a hot water circuit from my wood-burning stove / solar collectors to my Combitank. They have been spinning faithfully all that time, but I observed, more and more, that there were problems with the heat transfer. So big that the liquid in the "pig" started to boil when I fired hard in the winter. When I finally got the pump apart, I observed that the quality of the pump itself is exceptionally high, but that the impeller was completely worn down! It is manufactured from a cheap brittle plastic material and is no longer available (has been "discontinued"). So now I have a very expensive pump of very high quality, but no impeller! I is disgusting, and it makes me wonder why on earth Grundfos did not build this important cheap part from a much better material. At the very least, to ensure a large stock of plastic impellers. Now I have bought a replacement pump from a much cheaper European brand, and can throw away the Grundfos motor and pump housing!

My condense pump failed after 1 year of being installed.

It has a 2 year warranty.

Grundfos will not send an engineer out to fix the product and instead just replace it. That’s awful for the planet. Items being sent to landfill because it’s apparantly NOT cost effective to send out an engineer and help a customer with a failed boiler.
I’ve made a complaint directly to grundfos because they expect the customer to pay labour charge to fit the replacement pump. For your failure?
So it’s ok for you to not attract additional cost , your product fails and customer expected to pay to put it right? Absolutely disgusting attitude to customers and would not recommend buying anything from this company. Before you ask for more information on this complaint, suggest you contact your member of staff in sales Danielle Maxwell who had responded badly to the complain. Don’t buy from this company.

You spend a fortune on there pumps the pump fails and you cannot get hold of anyone to discuss options. When you call service centers they all say the customer service is terrible as well. Try a different pump.

Ik heb een scala regenpomp laten installeren in onze nieuwe woning omdat ik dacht dat dit een goede pomp is. Echter na een paar jaar begon deze te lekken. Deze werd door de installateur onder garantie vervangen met de melding dat dit een gekend probleem is. Ik heb nog duidelijk gevraagd of dit ging opgelost zijn met de nieuwe pomp. Na 2.5 jaar heb ik opnieuw exact hetzelfde probleem. Aangezien iets meer dan 2 jaar is garantie volgens installateur verlopen terwijl dit een gekend probleem is. Ik heb 4,5 jaar geleden een dure pomp betaald maar kwaliteit laat de wensen over. Ik had veel beter verwacht. Normale levensduur van 10 jaar wordt dus absoluut niet gehaald.

For to år siden fik vi som erstatning en ny og forbedret vandtryksforøgningspumpe. Forud for det, havde vi fået erstattet 5 andre pumper, der kun holdt et år. Den seneste pumpe, der skulle være forbedret, holdt i 2 år! Det er muligt, at Grundfos selv synes det er en forbedring, men at en pumpe kun holder i 2 år, er simpelthen for ringe. Så efter flere dages optørring af udflydt vand, er vi igen uden pumpe. Er det virkelig ikke muligt, at fabrikere et apparat, der kan holde til at blive brugt?

I have now replaced my third Grundfos RCP18 (UP15-29SUC/TLC) (59896777) Pump, Circulator 115V 1/2 HP Union Connection Ready w/Timer. This most recent one was purchased from Amazon on November 17th 2024 and is still under the two year warrantee. They have refused to do anything. I was even willing to accept a replacement pump but they now want me to hire a plumber to talk to them.
Terrible customer service from a once quality company

Company in the past that had great talent and invested into their people and products which granted them a great reputation, trust and a monopoly on a part of the market.
Unfortunately, they seem to have capitalized on that for short-term gains.

Outsourcing and cost cutting, lower compensation and benefits for employees even when they are on the same global position but in a lower cost of living area.
At the very least offer some above average compensation or go for top talent when you are outsourcing, you are not even competitive with local employers.

All of the high performing employees even in the high roles are leaving the company like getting off a sinking ship.

Leaving the average or bad people in charge, working for which is not recommended, you will be doing their job, your own job and a job of somebody else they didn't hire all for average at best compensation, you won't even be getting something in education or knowledge because there is none to transfer.

I don't know if some MBA got in charge or they are chasing short term gains at a long term cost of their brand or maybe they are planning on selling the company off to some fools, but it 100% is on a big downturn.

The rot has become pretty significant, I am not sure how they would go about fixing it at this point.

Overall, I guess it is a good company to have on your CV and is a learning experience of how great companies fail.

Da mir meine Grundfos Pumpe nach 10 Jahren den Geist aufgegeben hat, wollte ich sie mit einer neuen ersetzen. Habe den Support von Grundfos angeschrieben um einen Produktabgleich zwischen der alten und der neu zu kaufenden zu bekommen. Nach drei schriftlichen Anfragen und nach zwei Wochen noch keine Rückantwort!!! Das zeichnet keinen guten Support aus und das besonders von einem Qualitätsunternehmen!!! Oder doch kein Qualitätsunternehmen?

Siamo clienti da almeno 20 anni di Culligan, ha ceduto la vendita di Cartucce di ricambio Gard System alla GRUNDFOSWT è diventato un incubo! ordinate da 20 giorni direttamente alla sede di Cassago, rimbalzato a Bologna e rimbalzato chissà dove. Servizio post vendita inesistente.

I am a plumber working primarily in the domestic sector and to a lesser extent in commercial and industrial areas.
I have stopped using Grundfos products in all domestic applications and most commercial applications also. I don’t feel qualified to comment on the industrial side as my experience is limited in that regard.
My experience with Grundfos in recent times has not been good. Their central heating circulating pumps are gathering dust on suppliers shelves -their reputation is such that nobody I know in the industry will use them. Ditto for the their whole house booster pumps which have a reputation within the industry for being unreliable. The quality of their technical assistance is abysmal - read chatbots alternating between misdirection and repeating the same question.
This represents a slide which has occurred over the last fifteen to twenty years. Previously they were an industry leader with a sterling reputation in these sectors.
My experience is such that I will not recommend their products to clients.

Seem not to be able to supply their own simple flexible hose connectors as spares when the supplied ones split after 2 years light use ! On a 2 -3 year old pump .
Have rung e mailed sent photos.

Have got my response with the part number Grundfos 97775364 WHICH IS ABOUT 3 inches of rubber hose and 2 Jubilee clips between £69 and £89 REALLY ??? AND THEY SAY GO TO A PLUMB BUSINESS TO BUY IT ! Wow what customer service !

In December 2023 I had a Grundfos shower pump Model A98950217 TYPE STR-2.0C fitted.
It was installed to replace a Mira pump that had worked perfectly for 12 years. It worked for a about 15 months and then started making a lot of noise. It then stopped pumping completely. The installers came to examine it and decided it was seized and must be replaced but was out of warranty. I think a replacement should be offered as the amount of use this product has provided is very poor in a fairly short time.

I received a positive response from Grundfos and they have agreed to supply a new pump despite the expiration of the warranty. I think this is a very fair outcome and appreciate the offer.

Die Firma Harry Kraus ist zwar schnell, aber leider auch viel zu teuer. Für nicht mal eine halbe Stunde Abfluss reinigen ohne ein Ersatzteil zu benötigen musste meine Schwiegermutter 279€ zahlen. Für mich ist das Wucher, aber bei alten Menschen kann man das ja machen!

In my personal opinion, the working environment felt quite restrictive.
My impression was also that employee compensation did not seem competitive.
This is solely my personal experience and perspective.
