Product is great.
The registration was very misleading whereby after selecting model of fridge / freezer the serial was not accepted. The number on the label reads eg.
12-345567-89. Tried different numbers on label until put this number in without the hyphens.

At the moment it’s the best washer I’ve ever had easy to use

The delivery was on time, the delivery men were quick and efficient and so far very pleased with my dishwasher. Thank you

Purchased my Grundig integrated Fridge Freezer 2 weeks ago and so far I am very happy with it, it is very quiet which is great, even checked on it a couple of times to make sure it was on as I couldn’t hear it 😁.

The last time I heard of Grundig, it was associated with big televisions, so I was surprised to see the name when I was browsing for a new oven. The offer of a 5 Year Guarantee on such a feature rich product was impossible to resist, and I'm so pleased I went for it as it's amazing! Works like a dream, incredibly quiet, and all with an A+ energy rating. Highly recommended.

Good reliable appliance

Dislike customer service. Awful experience until after 4 repairs, they agreed to replace.
Then currys couldn't supply like for like due to the cost being 100 more than I originally paid. So settled on a different model and paid the difference.
Why can't system be seen by the insurance for the warranty. Why bother to register if it can't be seen when a fault occurs.
30 minutes of grief really tried my patience...

very pleased with fridge freezer fridge is great size my only wee niggle is freezer drawers are smaller than my old Baumatic but still love it

Trying to follow the manual to set up the dishwasher is very difficult. Can’t do the water hardness settings. Control panel then just froze - had to do a reset by switching off at mains. Have given up. Wine glasses impossible to put in rack. Manual very poor and difficult to understand

We chose the Grundig over a Samsung, which we already owed and had developed a fault. Based on design, standard warranty, and running costs. It was easy to install and use. It's also very quiet.

I've had a Grundig washing machine for around 3 years with a 5 year warranty. It's been ok but last year I reported the spin was noisy.
Someone came out and said it was the shock absorbers. They only had 1 and said they would order more and come back. He said to carry on using the
machine but no big loads.

A couple of weeks later, a different engineer came out and took the whole machine apart again and told me all the parts were wrong and he would have to order more.

We are now nearly a month on. No calls back no idea when the repair will be and still can't do full loads at a time we are all trying to save electricity and water.

The product is not bad but beware of after sales, they are nothing short of useless. I'll have to get back into a long queue on the phone again to probably find out nothing has been ordered.

Again, it's the consumer who suffers. Grundig need to get their act together and call their customers and let them know what is going on. I've literally been left frustrated. I would not recommend Grundig solely down to their after sales.

Nice machine, lots of programs and very quiet.
Manual a little confusing its got other machines instructions as well so some of it not applicable.
