Impossible d’annuler ma réservation…

Impossible d’annuler ma réservation alors que j’avais payé un extra pour cela. Le lien d’annulation ne fonctionne pas.
Je ne conseille absolument pas ce site, 30 euros de frais de réservation ont été appliqués sans information préalable avant paiement, je vais faire opposition auprès de ma banque si nécessaire et dénoncer pour fraude du fait qu’on ne peut pas les contacter pour annuler une réservation.

Ce site n’est pas celui des hôtels même si il essaye de tromper en copiant nom et photos. Vous paierez beaucoup plus cher et aucun service ou aucune solution en cas de soucis. De plus comble de tout ils passent par booking…. Svp lisez et ne vous faites pas avoir.

Arnaque/ à fuir

C’est un site avec des frais caché. Il imite les noms des hôtels et vous laisse croire que vous réservez avec l'hôtel. Une fois la réservation est faite, vous avez des frais caché exorbitant et impossible d'annuler. Faites attention, c'est une
arnaque ! J’ai essayé de les contacter en vain par téléphone et via le formulaire de contact aucun retour. Je ne vais pas en rester là et informer les médias et la repressions des fraudes. Ils seraient souhaitable de lancer une action collective pour faire entendre les
consommateurs abusés et faire fermer ce site.

Site aux pratiques plus que douteuses

Je fais une réservation original hôtel saint Aunes pour une nuit du 2 au 3 mai. (Tarif Booking 85 euros) je veux réserver directement à l’hôtel, je fais l’erreur d’aller sur le site :https original. Montpellier. Gestreservation qui en fait n’est pas un url mais le nom de la page ! Le tarif affiché est de 87 euros ! Là où j’aurais dû me méfier c’est que je n’avais que 10mn pour avoir les 25 % de réduction ! Après le paiement j’apprends que ce sont 126 euros qui me seront débités:
Sous-total 87,09 €
Frais de recouvrement d'impôts 8,71 €
Service Fees 30,27 €
Total 126,07 €
Il ne me reste plus qu’à signaler ces pratique plus que douteuse à : signal.conso.gouv.fr

Ayant fait une réservation je n’arrive pas à modifier les dates et suite à l’annulation j’aimerais etre remboursée

Bonjour ayant pris une réservation j’ai été automatiquement dirigé vers ce site je voulais changer la date très difficile d’accès le site n’accepte pas les numéros de réservation qu’on m’a fourni j’ai envoyé des mails j’ai essayé de téléphoner sur le numéro rien j’ai téléphoné directement à l’hôtel qui a été très sympa d’annuler la réservation comme l’hôtel n’avait plus de disponibilité mais on a pas pu me renseigner sur le remboursement ma carte bancaire a été débité le lendemain de ma réservation comment faire pour me faire rembourser j’ai un doute si je ne me suis pas fait arnaqué par Guest Réservation j’espère avoir une réponse rapidement cordialement

URL trompeur et pratiques trompeuses

Cette plate-forme inclu le nom de l’hôtel dans l’URL, donnant l’impression d’être sur le site officiel de l’hôtel alors que ce n’est pas le cas.
J’apprends ensuite de l’hôtel que pour eux la réservation est passée pr Booking.com !
Les prix ne sont pas transparents du tout : on m’annonce 130€/nuit et je me retrouve avec un total à 260€/nuit !

FUYEZ CE SITE !

Ils sont très bons pour se placer proches des liens officiela dans les moteur de recherche , je n'ai pas fait attention et ce site facture des frais EXORBITANTS ! plus cher qu'une des 5 nuités que j'ai réservé. Je ne me ferai pas avoir 2 fois !!!!
