Attention ne vous faites pas avoir!

Attention ce site se place comme intermédiaire supplémentaire après les hôtels et les OTA (Booking, Expedia, etc...). Ils appatent le client dans les comparateurs de prix (ou par des achats de mot-clés sur moteur de recherche) avec des prix plus bas, puis au moment de finaliser la réservation, rajoutent de gros frais supplémentaires. Du coup pour le client : Prix de la chambre + Commission Booking.com + commission de Guest Reservation! Ne vous faites pas avoir!

Site malhonnête / arnaque

C’est un site malhonnête qui se fait passer pour le site web des hôtels en utilisant leurs noms dans des sous sites web (ex : novotelmacon.guestreservations) et facture 35% de frais.
Une arnaque
Pour avoir 3.9 ils doivent avoir fait faire de faux avis positif en masse pour contrer ceux des nombreux inattentifs qui se font avoir par distraction

L'enfer

L'enfer, je pensais être sur le site de l'hôtel, mais je suis passé par Guest reservations, et quand j'ai voulu modifier mon voyage (mêmes conditions juste décaler le séjour).... impossible ! J'ai alors contacté l'hotel, ils ne pouvaient rien faire non plus car Guest Reservations bloque la transaction. Grosse Arnaque , vérifiez bien au moment de la saisie que vous êtes sur le site de l'hotel : si un .guest-reservations apparaît après le nom de l'hôtel, fuyez.

Site frauduleux détourné depuis le site…

Site frauduleux détourné depuis le site Marriott j’ai payé 2 nuit 235 € et sur facture en sus apparaît frais de recouvrement 49€ et 139 € de services fees !!!! Rien n’apparaît avant le paiement mais juste après à la confirmation et la c’est trop tard

Catastrophe …ce site est une arnaque ! Il prélève des charges non connues au moment de la réservation .. ex pour une chambre affichée 167€ , j’ai payé 243€ ..!!!! A fuir , faites attention car ce site est arrivé sur une resa que je faisais sur un site hôtel ..vérifiez votre saisie !

C'est une véritable arnaque.
Payé à GR = 114.01 €
Facture de IBIS : 82.34 € ttc
Et ils refusent de facturer la différence.
