Friendly and efficient service
Friendly service. And the boiler was actually serviced.
Experienced other company who only used to come for 5 minutes and disappear and I didn’t even get a certificate or report for the job done and was made to believe that service had to be carryout by them in order for the warranty to be valid.
More expensive than others but will definitely recommend and use again.

Wow what a company!
Rayleigh went to extreme lengths to help me to replace a broken toilet cistern after being smashed flooding the bathroom. Where other plumbing services couldn't help or gave promises they couldnajog't keep. Kayleigh arranged Josh to come and replace the cistern at the earliest convenience. Very polite ,clean and very helpful.
Thank you to all the company. Kayleigh, Josh and James for being so caring and thoughtful towards me and my partner in hospital.
You couldn't ask for a better and reliable company. Thank you.

From the time of installation of the boiler and radiators to our second annual service a couple of weeks ago the Guscott engineers were very professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They were neat, tidy and respectful to us and our property.
