Prompt, friendly and good service.

James, Harland and the Guscott heating team have done work on a large site in Chatham for me. This has been very challenging due to the size of the heating system, even though there has been unexpected issues the team have been extremely diligent and response to all the issues that we was not aware of. The initial flush and valve replacement has been completed with an in-depth report sent through explain the position at the site with logical and well explained options to move forward.

Explain my boiler concerns and I was given the peace of mind that Guscott gas company will handle it for me. Not only did they handle the boiler issue, they also knew what to do. Guscott is a friendly and approachable company. You just push your boiler problems to them and the rest is easy. Just go home with peace of mind. The payment method was also flexible. I explained my payment options and they listen and agreed on one of the options that would work for both of us. They were easy to reach even after 5pm. Such a great company and such a great team to help you out with your boiler issue.
