Guscott's megaflow cylinder service
Guscott did a megaflow cylinder service for me which included the reinflation of the pressure bladder in the expansion tank. They came on time and had the job done in under an hour. Had good communication via text. Happy with the service.

Used Guscott heating services to fit a…
Used Guscott heating services to fit a new boiler which seemed fine but they did have to come out a few times to rectify issues. Which they did sort out. However tried to use them for following servicing and other work for them to either not turn up or cancel last minute (the afternoon they were due to come) seems like you come bottom of their list when it’s a lower value job. Have booked with another heating engineer after for the service they have cancelled

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm genuinely sorry to hear about the difficulties you've had with the additional services from us after your boiler installation. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and I completely agree that the experience you've had is not something we pride ourselves on. I’d like to personally apologise on behalf of the business and the wider team for that.
Unfortunately, our breakdown and service engineer had to attend to an urgent gas leak this afternoon, which meant our small team had to be reshuffled. That being said, it’s still no excuse and I understand your frustration–especially if we’ve had to reschedule an appointment before.
I’m going to investigate this internally to address the issues in our processes which we’ll endeavour to improve. We absolutely want to regain your trust and ensure we provide you with the level of service you deserve.
I appreciate that you’ve already spoken to a member of the team but would you be open to a brief phone call to discuss this directly with me? If so, please reply and we can schedule in a call.

Kept up to date with arrival time of the engineer Sam, who was excellent, very friendly, respectful, professional and tidy.
It is always nice to have people in your house who you feel comfortable with, and Sam is a credit to his company. highly recommended.

Will definitely recommend this company, don't bother with British Gas
They came out to give me a quote out of hours. Very friendly team.
Quick with appointment, boiler fitted within the week of getting the quote.
The Engineer who fitted my new boiler did a great job and cleaned up after him.

Second time with has used Guscott…
Second time we have used Guscott heating services.
Tricia in the office is very helpful and managed to arrange an engineer visit the next day.
Henry the engineer diagnosed fault, new part was ordered and fitted within 48 hours.
Can't fault the service we have received on both occasions.
