Guscott Heating Services Avis 

I cannot recommend Guscott Heating Services enough. We have had an ongoing problem with our hot water cylinder which has caused a leak! From the minute I called Jack in the office yesterday afternoon he was so helpful! He sent Sam round at 8am the following day and he fixed the problem within the hour! This was after we had numerous other plumbers out who could not resolve the issue! Very knowledgeable and amazing customer service. Could not be happier and will be using your company in the future for any issues we have and services.

This is the second year I have used Guscott and the service itself was great, the gentleman that came was very friendly and was very thorough with the service as we had a gas boiler and unventilated water cylinder. The only bad thing really was that the appointment was delayed 2 weeks or so.

Had a helpful employee come out and service my boiler and was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend to all.

I am a new customer, Guscott being recommended by both my son and daughter, who have used their services for some time.
My first appointment although booked, was not scheduled on rota, but was soon rectified, on arrival member of the team was very apologetic, which was a credit to their customer service.
This visit was very punctual, Elliot was very polite and courteous, works carried out to high standard.
My only criticism- I think a smaller tap should have been used, tap is huge in comparison to the small corner basin, looks out of place But the standard of products, works and staff are brilliant and will be requesting Guscott services for many years to come.

My only negative comment is that our appointment was booked for 09.30 and the engineer arrived at 08.20. Fortunately, I was at home otherwise it would have caused a problem. Please coordinate your appointment times!

Good communication, came on time, serviced the boiler and no fuss. Courteous and mindful of our property, wore protective shoe covers and filled in the certificate. Highly recommended.

Really nice friendly fella that came to check my gas for me. Very thorough checking.
Was quite late arriving as a previous job held him up, and i suppose that can't be helped but would of been informative if i had, had some communication from his team that this was the case as waiting in an empty house for hours not knowing isn't helpful. Apart from that would recommend.

Guscott Heating's people all care about doing a good job. They have pride in their skills and expertise, and are always good humoured and sincere. Their professionalism was sorely tested by my idiosyncratic central heating system but my trust was repaid and our big drafty house has never been so cosy. Thank you Harland, Sam and the Team.

Diagnosed the boiler problem, replaced the part and now it works. Reputable company with transparent and reasonable pricing. Moved a less urgent appointment to fit us in given we didn't have a flow of hot water to shower in. An admin hiccup was rectified promptly.
