This purchase was ok but a recent…
This purchase was ok but a recent larger outlay we made on one of their Saunas ($5k) resulted in very little post sale service nor offer of adjustment when we contacted them about the sauna requiring a direct circuit (ie, an additional considerable expense as advised by the electrician). This was not disclosed on their website or during the purchase but later confirmed by them over the phone. They are very focussed on the sale but not much afterwards. Requested a cash adjustment to compensate for the omission but heard nothing since.

A GREAT PRODUCT!!
Delivery was prompt, the C20 was exactly as expected. It is solid and smooth, worth every cent!!
Construction took time, but we did it in about 10 hours, the instructions were good, we had some help through a youtube Video and it ended up easy, cabling realy tight and adjustable, everything is heavy and really solid - simply a great product!!
