Very fast delivery, high quality and pretty design
Very fast delivery ( even it suggested a long time due to stock issue ) and looking good, pretty and fun to use, safe for cats as long as they don’t get close to the wheel, hope it lasts longer than our last one( which used pad to create friction ) ; and the one comment about level 1 being hard is true … you feel it after a few mins in lol - petite female can find it challenging but good to get sweaty

I ordered and paid for a recumbent exercise bike in 21/08/26, paid extra delivery to be brought into house. I’m still waiting and have been told delivery is not until 21/09. I’ve been in touch to say I’m away at that time, week later and still no contact. I think I’m going to cancel order.

The sauna was a failed unit from the start, installed by a licenced electriciain who had reservations about the quality.
Speaker burst into flames due to limited instructions and poor labelling. Went silent on the warranty claim insisting that I pay for an electrical report on a 1 day old item. Asked for a refund in writing and got ghosted??

Hello Chris,
We appreciate the feedback and we apologise to hear about this experience.
Had a look on your case and upon review, it appears that there were wires that were installed incorrectly. Since you mentioned that the sauna was being installed by a professional electrician, and in order for us to present evidence to factory that this is a faulty item, we need the electrician's report. We are unable to move forward with the case unless we have sufficient proof to get this case reviewed for approval on the refund that you are requesting.
If you can kindly respond back to our emails for a proper documentation from a licensed electrician regarding this claim, we will move forward with your refund request. Otherwise, the evidence you provided is still insufficient.

Hello Mark,
We appreciate the feedback however, as shown in photos, this is not a machine but a silicon oil. There is no handle on this product.
SM25 review.
I ordered an SM25 which was on back order. Communication was clear and when the unit arrived I was sent an email inviting me to book a pick up time from the factory in Broadmeadows. Warehouse staff were fantastic and assisted with loading the items. Great service overall.

Staff friendly and professional
Staff friendly and professional. Love the fact I could try what I bought as I drove 2 hours to get there from Shepparton. Quality equipment here. Roman Chair was only one on market that took my height at 196cm.

The service we received was good. And the recumbent bike purchased is working good. Recommend trying out first as we found not all models were suitable.
