I was just advised by Lifespan that the product I was about to purchase is in fact, not available in Qld. I think this should be made clear on the website, before I spent hours trying to arrange an online purchase.

Thank you for the feedback.
We have reviewed the conversation you had with our staff and you have asked if it is on display in a showroom in QLD. Our staff advised that it is in stock in QLD but not on display. Just to clarify, our location in QLD is a third party pickup/distribution centre only. It is not an actual store. It is a warehouse we contracted to store some of our stocks for customers to pickup or for delivery in QLD area. Unfortunately, we do not have our own store in QLD at the moment however we have resellers such as Mr Treadmill in Geebung that you can contact if they have the RC81 on display.

The treadmill is purchased was faulty, I was sent on an email round a bout to everyone in the company.
Do not use this company to purchase anything, if something goes wrong you will get a replacement.

Thank you for the feedback and sorry to hear about this experience. Upon checking your case, our team has been actively responding and helping the best way they can based off on the photos and description you have sent.
The issue you reported was for the machine to randomly change its speed. As this is a random action, we need to capture it in a video to provide evidence to factory that it changes on its own and that the belt is really speeding up or slowing down. Our team had been relying only on the descriptions you have mentioned regarding the fault of the treadmill, in which, they diagnosed that it could be just the display that needs replacement, which is why they are asking for you to return it for assessment. However, as there is already a dispute filed, this has been escalated for review with management.

My experiences with Lifespan and their Equipment
from the email notices I receive from Lifespan Fitness, I can keep track of their new arrivals and deals as they become available. This helps me to not miss these things and I can find upgrades or new additions to my kit. Order online is easy and good, I have a choice or delivery or personal pickup. i have been dealing with Lifespan for easily over a year now and they have never let me down is advice, tracking issues with parcels or faulty equipment. Quality of their products has always been good and I've never had problems with them. I'm on a budget, so my equipment reflects that level of pricing which has been very satisfactory. I have built up my own small home gym and am quite satisfied with it.
