WORST service I have recieved
I purchased 6 pairs of shorts from gymroos on black Friday... After a week and no correspondence to shipping or updates I decided to email. I had a response about a week later stating that the shorts were out of stock and wouldn't be in stock for another 2 weeks... annoying as it is it happens. About a month later 5 pairs of the shorts arrived. I emailed again to ask where the 6th pair of shorts i paid for were and about a week later with no apology or acknowledgement of the terrible service I am still receiving. I had a short response stating the shorts were out of stock and will I accept a refund for the pair. I have since sent 2 emails without a response. I asked on Facebook and the company has BLOCKED me, kinda sad that a company would block a customer for asking for better service... Honestly have never received such terrible service as this. What annoys me more is I went with Gymroo over all the other brands because I wanted to support a smaller up and coming Aussie business.
I wish I had read all the other reviews stating how they don't respond and other customers didn't receive their order.

Absolute scammers
Ordered goods - never arrived.
Requested a refund, which they responded to and said they had processed, Confirmed with the bank that this was incorrect,
Since then they have refused to respond to emails or provide evidence of a refund transfer.
Absolute scam website.

Would absolutely not recommend anyone to use this company. Delivery times are way longer than stated and customer service is absolutely rubbish.

Disappointing, Frustrating and Useless
A 2nd time customer despite seeing the motif of gymroo and kangaroo wearing off fabric from the 1st batch.
This time the experience has been woeful.
3 items ordered early June. Nothing heard for 1 month.
After 3 or 4 emails Gymroo finally responded. To be informed one of the items I had ordered were now sold out. Frustrating but an Alternative selected.
Today package arrives with only 1 item. 6 weeks late. No explanation.
This company has really disappointed Poor customer services. Rubbish communication. Very poor attention or care to detail.
So now the battle commences for a refund

Great Quality From Gymroos!
Did my first order with these at the start of the month.
Delivery took a little bit of time but they did advise correctly on the website and it was imported from Australia. No hidden import fees.
Shorts feel and fit great, absoloutely in love with my Oversized Erupt T Shirt though. Feels great quality and was a great pump cover
