Hair came very quickly wasnt expecting it so soon, Hair feels like very good quality as it was quite heavy and Hair was full from route to tip.
There was no shedding when I run my hands through the bundles, I will know for sure once it is installed/washed , but as for now very good

Customer service is terrible, Once you email them they say they take 48 hours to reply but they never even reply. I returned my product almost a week ago even paying for special next day delivery before 1pm but you still haven’t returned my money.

They were great. The quality of the hair is very beautiful. I ordered Yaki Peruvian straight. The ends were cut blunt, thick from top to bottom. They got my order wrong at first but kindly called me and arranged to have the rest of my clip ins sen to me. No stress. 200% recommend

I personally ordered four bundles of double drawn hair that came shiny, true to length and honestly shed very minimally. At first, there was a little confusion because I was convinced that I was seeing filler hair in my bundles due to certain strands being different colours than all the others but after several conversations via Instagram DM and email which were very helpful, I was reassured that the hair was authentic and raw. I'd like to say Thank You to Hairvirginity and hopefully I'll be ordering more hair soon.

Awful product and customer service. I ordered tape extensions for which cost me a total of £522. The order was initially delayed and as a result
I had to postpone my birthday celebrations. The blonde tapes have lasted 3 months and it is advisable they should last a total of 12 months. They requested I return the faulty products for which poses another expense of removal which i do not have time to do and is costly. I also had to use the tapes for volume as I only had 80 tapes and my hair is very fine. It is very difficult to get in touch with them as they have previously ignored my emails. Offered me a small discount and £70 partial refund when I paid £190 for 40 blonde tapes. The tabs are also not very sticky and my stylist had to retape a lot at first install. The quality of the hair is terrible and is not suitable for long lasting use. I wish they had been more considerate in dealing with me a paying customer, and taking into consideration the challenges I faced in communicating with them and returning faulty goods at an extra expense when this is no error of mine but the merchants. They concluded they have provided a solution without my agreement and refuse to communicate further as they are happy with there solution which benefits me in no reasonable way. Please be mindful that merchants as such tailor to influencers and often forget 'normal' customers like ourselves who support their business.

Incredible first order! The wigs arrived packaged really nicely. The quality of the hair is great and exactly what you pay for. Some of the best wigs I've bought. They came within the time frame specified at time of order, and the customer services team were really helpful when I had a question about the order.

I purchased a full lace wig — confident that it would be high quality and I was not disappointed in the slightest. They exceeded my expectations. Hair Virginity have always been amazing to order my hair from. Great hair, always great customer service and speedy delivery. I however felt compelled to write this review due to my most recent experience. As always I'm last minute and required hair for my wedding. I ordered custom made hair but miscalculated the delivery times which would not have arrived before I flew out. I explained this via email, hair virginity were great in finding me a solution to the problem I created!!!! A lovely lady called me, changed my order so that I could get the hair via next day delivery, honored the discount code I had used (although it was no longer available to use) and even threw in some freebies. Great customer service and excellent quality hair. Thank you very much 😊
