Great service
A little disappointed when I went to collect an item we had ordered and it wasn't in stock. The young lady who served was unbelievably helpful explaining what had happened and the item wasn't in stock. I was oddest an alternative better item for the same price. The store isn't that local to me so it would have been a wasted journey. Thank. Great service.

I ordered and paid for 2 tins of fence…
I ordered and paid for 2 tins of fence paint from the Lisburn branch as they showed they were available on the website . I got a message to say the order was ready for collection. I attempted to collect the order 2 days later and was told only 1 tin was available. I was given a number of explanations ranging from the website showing available stock was wrong to the order gad been made some time ago and not collected. It was suggested I travel to another branch in Belfast who did have stock. I got the clear impression one of the paint tins had been sold to another person as the order hadn’t been collected. I found a particular female staff member who was not serving me to be particularly annoying as she kept interrupting. The whole experience was unsatisfactory and a waste of my time . Of course no apology offered! Let’s hope the refund comes through and it’s not paid to another customer.

Good service
Was looking at website and saw thot I could pre-order, pay (cheaper than others in Coleraine) and collect at time that suited me. Once ordered a confirmation email followed and a further email informing that it was ready for collecting at my convenience. Following day on arrival at the Coleraine Depot. and speaking with a polite and funny lass my order was sorted and loaded in minutes even had time to enquire about roof slates but unfortunately they were a little expensive compared to other locations.
