Have ordered models from hamilton collection prior always with good service

The complete order process was fast and easy. The product is an interest. The delivery time makes it a quick turn around. You don't have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for your order.

Purchased Frankenstein,made of resin,didn't care for. called customer relations,talked to girl,she refunded me and I got to keep figurine.
woe was impressed,but when i looked at Frank again I seen something small in packaging,was tip of one of his fingers broke off..not good and how? then I examined it again and notice another finger was broken off on other hand,I just received it and maybe looked at it but nothing to being breaking fingers....cheap resin,what can I say,no wonder they gave me my money back and I got to keep Frankie.

I paid extra to have it delivered by the 14th. I received a mail saying it would be late. It’s still in transit.

They've been very good and any problems they've pretty well correct it right off the bat, so I've had any problems so far.

I was happy to receive information about the Yankees Mustang, I already have a collection of Yankee themed choppers.

I Purchased a 1963 Corvette Stingray Clock. The Clock was defective and was provided a return label. The Clock was returned by USPS on March 12, 2026.
On or about April 10, 2026, I called customer service and was told it takes 3 months to process a return.
On April 27, 2026, I called customer service to follow up if the return was processed. The customer service rep stated there was no record of my return, I provided the tracking number which shows the clock was delivered to Hamilton Collection on March 17, 2026, at 9:10 AM. Fortunately I was dealing with a competent customer Service representative that processed a new clock be sent to me. If you deal with Hamilton Collections their sales and marketing are unstoppable. When it comes to dealing with an issue it's a tossup between a competent or incompetent customer service rep. Keep your records, Hamilton system is designed to keep your money while ignoring your issue.
Hamilton response to my review was I need to contact them. Not worthy of a call from them. Corporate mentality. Another example of a substandard costumer service. If only it was similar to their marketing efforts. If I am not worthy of a phone call after spending thousands of dollars on a car collection nobody is worthy.
