A little disappointed
I used the service for a general wash when my washing machine was broken. Impressed with the quick collection and turnaround time. The gentleman who picked up and returned was friendly. The only thing that prevented 5 stars is the the washed clothes I received back smelled like a chip shop and some items were still wet so i ended up having to wash them all again when my machine was fixed. It felt like a waste of money.

Dear Caitriona, thanks for your valuable review. I do understand you may be mixed-up our service with others , We always use Arial for Wash clothes which is high standard. We never compromise on quality. Please check us once again i do believe you will be happy with our quality and service .
Incredibly fast and competitive
Hamlet will pick up your laundry within hours and deliver it back the next day. Faster and cheaper than my local laundrette.
In our house we have used them now 4 times, and 1 load unfortunately came back with blue stains, but Hamlet offered to re-wash it for free.
