Ordered a cheese hamper for named day…
Ordered a cheese hamper for named day delivery. Unfortunately, hamper never arrived, obviously this was disappointing but I have to acknowledge that the subsequent customer service was faultless.
Once I'd contacted them, the original hamper was recalled and I was offered a refund or a to try again. I opted for redelivery ( to a different address) which was actioned and carried through. Original delivery charge was refunded too. Hamper was amazing 👏

Ordered a cheese and wine hamper for a birthday present on the 15th to be delivered on 24th. No communication until 24th to advise the order was being packed???….. eventually delivered on the 27th. Will not be using again. Sorry but there needs to be better communication. You had plenty of time so don’t know what the problem was but you didn’t say anything. Very disappointing.

It was not delivered the next day as paid for and there was no card with the message that I wrote so the person did not know who sent the hamper or why !
