Removal of Canting Tree Close to Shed and Fence
We had struggled to find someone capable/willing to remove a large canting tree at the very end of our garden, next to a shed and a fence. Mandy Dorta thought outside the box and managed to achieve this through someone, quite rightly, she thought could achieve this. If the tree had come down it would have caused serious damage but Mandy Dorta was proved right as the chosen person did a very difficult job very well, especially given the lack of parking outside the house. Thank you Mandy.
Rental management
Hamptons have been managing my properly for years now and I’ve always had a good experience with them. They take care of everything very professionally and I’m always well informed about anything that needs my attention. I mostly liaise with Constance and she in particular has been great to deal with. Always very friendly and prompt to reply to questions. She’s definitely made my life easier in terms of my property. I’d definitely recommend.
Hamptons Property Managing
Hamptons was our property manager for the last 3 years. They were always responsive and timely in handling any issues we had with the flat. I would particularly give mention to April Keane who went above and beyond for us. If Hamptons is letting and managing a property, you are in good hands.
Great Letting Experience with Hamptons Reigate
We are currently renting a property managed by Hamptons Reigate, and this is actually our second property with them. Overall, our letting experience with Hamptons has been very positive, and the process has always been smooth and professional.
Our current property manager, Constance Graham, has been very supportive throughout our time here. On the rare occasions when we’ve had any issues, she has responded promptly and ensured everything was dealt with quickly. We really appreciate the support and service we’ve received while renting with Hamptons.

We've had a really good experience with Hamptons. Our property manager, Harjeet Kaur Arla was exceptional throughout our tenancy. She was always very kind, professional, and incredibly responsive whenever we had any issues. During the busy end-of-tenancy process, she was particularly helpful, promptly providing cleaning company recommendations and ensuring we received the urgent letter we needed for our son's school application. Her support made our move-out smooth. Highly recommend her, and Hamptons.
Responsive and helpful property management
I’ve had a good experience with Hamptons managing the flat I rent. They’ve been responsive whenever issues arise and make a genuine effort to resolve things promptly.
In particular, Lucy Desborough has been very helpful and communicative throughout, which makes dealing with maintenance matters much easier.

St Alban's Branch
Our property manager, David Whiting (St Albans) has been a fantastic manager of our property for the past 8 years. He is punctual, reliable and a pleasure to work with. Any issues with the property are dealt with promptly and carefully. There is very clear communication with the whole Hamptons team at the St Albans branch.
Landlord of rental property
I am a landlord and have a rental property within the M25 area of greater London managed by Hamptons for the past 12 years.
I have always found the service offered by Hamptons professional, courteous, thoughtful and personal.
By professional I mean that they have been timeous in their notification and arrangements of the various annual certificates of electrical, gas inspection, boiler, detector, boiler service and so on. These have all been carried out promptly followed by the necessary report and certificate.
By courteous I mean that on the few times I have needed their dealings with an awkward tenant, they have done so with sensitivity and politeness, keeping a professional relationship with tenant while representing myself, the landlord.
By thoughtful I mean that there have been times when Hamptons have contacted me to ask me if I was aware of this or that, something that they felt that the landlord probably needed to know, but was unaware of, as I am not a UK resident. They were proactively acting in my best interest.
By personal I mean that they initiated telephone conversations to discuss matters that needed a chat rather than an e-mail. For examples, renewing leases, increasing rentals, and explaining the implications of The Renters' Rights Act in England which will take effect on May 1, 2026.
I have had a number of property managers over the years, and my current property manager, David Whiting of the St Albans office in Hertfordshire, more than encompasses all of the above. He has always been very willing and prompt to involve other Hamptons personnel from other divisions with relevant expertise and skills where and when appropriate. I am very grateful for his management of the property.

Excellent property management service
I have used Hamptons to manage a residential rental property in Tunbridge Wells for the last 4+ years and have been very happy with the service.
However special mention should go to Nikki Cullen who has been acting as Property Manager for the last 18 months. She has all the qualities you want for someone in this role: proactive, quick to respond to queries/requests, proactive when necessary, clear communication with great attention to detail, coupled with a good sense of humour! I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have been a tenant with Hamptons for the past three years and have been consistently impressed by the service and support they have provided throughout my tenancy. They are highly professional and always available at short notice to help resolve any concerns.
A special thanks goes to my property manager, Nikki Cullen, who is always on hand and often helps me sort things out directly by offering helpful advice and support, so matters can often be resolved quickly. When that is not possible, and if the issue is urgent, Nikki usually arranges for someone to come to the house the same day to deal with plumbing, locks, kitchen appliances, or the garden.
I would like to thank Nikki and the rest of the team for making our time in the property such an enjoyable and comfortable experience.
