Margaret and Gertrude were excellent in the spring burn shop, helping us pick out a wedding ring and taking the time to explain the different rings. They were very patient as we went through lots of options, we will be back !

They stole my jewellery and said i couldnt get it back from auction they said they they don't do it anymore thats because they know that my jewellery was worth a lot more than they give me for they are modern day robbers and theives they said that if it goes to auction I would get the excess over what they paid for it they are liars their only friendly cos they're taking your jewellery bloody robbers Wendy

I had an absolutely fabulous experience at H&T Hackney. Tanya and Lauren were both incredible — professional, warm, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process, and the sale was completed so much quicker than I expected.

The store itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and had a really comfortable atmosphere. I’ll definitely be using them again and will be exploring the other services they offer. Highly recommended!
