Poor warranty returns procedures .

My watch that I purchased late March 2026 requires a repair under warranty , returned to the local branch who emailed over confirmation that Swiss times services will be in touch with 2 weeks .
3 weeks later my watch is still at the local branch having never been sent to the companies repair centre due to no staff member knowing the correct procedure to handle a repair claim!

It took 3 phone calls to H&T to establish the facts after the very helpful staff member at Swiss times services explained my watch has not been received .

If you are in the market for a preowned luxury watch I would suggest there are retailers out there that have better customer service procedures when things go wrong!

Since my above review and emails pointing out the issues in their warranty procedures , Julie at the Boston branch has worked hard to resolve the issue and to the companies credit they have made every effort to resolve the solution .

Every time I come into the Hamilton branch the staff can’t help you enough!!, wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for my travel currency. Served by Sara and Jackie

Be very very careful buying anything from these people ONLINE the money is taken but the item is not sent out and you have to spend your time chasing it up. You are sent from pillar to post and the staff on the phone have a couldn't really care less attitude and it is not easy to get through to them either.

I would like to say Bradford the h n t James street kass the manager Sarah do fabulous good job I’m there regular customer I rember Linda manger she retired been coming 30 years ish i buy bars gold silver and use pawn know then I came today September 16 th Bradford store really polite helpful all staff especially thanks to kass manager and Sarah lovely service friendly very good always there for you helpful

Used the duke street store for travel money good exchange rate was good .

Since 2020 all you get is head office asking why your items have been left in and if you want to renew your pawn again asking why they’ve been in so long.. sorry I thought this was the whole idea of your business.. got my jewellery back and I’d never use them again

I can’t recommend the Middlesbrough branch enough! The customer service i receive every time i am in there is second to none! I am often served by Rebecca & Julie & they are both truly amazing as are the rest of their team. Forever grateful for all the services they offer & i will definitely continue to return, always!
